On time, reliable and very reasonable. Tech's(fail to remember their names) were clean, friendly, and took time to inform me what was going on with my electrical system.

Stopped in to have a electrical cord checked out. Dan Burke, operations manager was nice enough to check it out and told me what the problem was, at no charge this is the type of business you want in the community. thank you, Steve

The price that I was verbally quoted is not what I was billed or paid.

There was wire and insulation on the ground and the removed plates were sitting where they got placed - had to do some cleanup. The neutral to our alarm was opened which resulted in it not charging - got a phone call from the service about this. I fixed the issue. The outlets work as intended.

My husband hired Smith’s electric to put in some outlets and put up outside lights. After the electrician left - I walked into my office - where he had been working. All the things he moved were thrown against the wall and my computer and printer no longer were working! My husband and I are senior citizens. It isn’t easy for either of us to get things reconnected. I had to mess around and finally found the plugs and where they had to be plugged back in.. Today I discover my printer is not connected to my computer! This all should have been put back the way it was found - when the technician worked on that plug! I am beyond annoyed!
