After my Great first experience with Diamond Appliance, I had to have a unrelated repair done to the same refrigerator. Of course, things break at the worst possible time as we had an emergencey and had to leave town the day I spoke with the Amazing scheduling Team. They assured me they would have the parts in stock when we returned and set our appointment. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Scott when he did the repair, but I returned to a working refrigerator and a very clean work site. Thank you all for such Great Service!

Unfortunately my appliance manfacturer warranty uses them for servicing and repair; their technician came and diagnosed the issue and then given me an appt. 3 weeks after with the execuse the parts not available and need to be shipped so I called the manfacturer and complained so they offered expedited parts shipment with 2-3 business days delivery. They also send me a tracking numbers by email to watch the shipment and instructed me to call this servicing company when parts arrive to schedule next day appt.

Parts arrived as expected and called next day the dispatcher admin refused to acknowledge receipt of the parts or give me an earlier appointment sticking to the previously scheduled date; I explained to her I cannot stay without a Fridge for another 10 days but she insisted. I caller the manufacturer again and their customer service managed to find in appointment in couple of days which was better than 10 days waiting and sent me confirmation email with ticket number.

Few minutes later I get an email that this ticket was completed and requesting a suvery 😀 I called manufacturer customer service again and they acknowledged that the dispatcher of this diamond appl. closed the ticket as she does not have technicians available. Basically showing the manfacturing company that she is the BOSS and they cannot book her calendar appointments.

I escalated with supervisor of manfacturer customer service and managed to get a different service company to pick the ticket. The technician arrived on time , called ahead and fixed my fridge in an hour, with no parts to request or compressor to replace (no surprise here for a new fridge).

I would not allow a technician from this diamond company to service any of my appliance. There long list of parts requests including a compressor for new fridge raises suspicion about their practies also their dispatcher and customer service attitude is not acceptable.

Just read the company ,the manfacturer send their own technician and fixed the problem in an hour replacing one electronic sensor; no compressor issue or long list of parts to ask for. I was considered rude for refusing to take this review down when they called me but I prefer to keep others informed of what they might go through when using their service.

A great service experience. Diamond Appliance Repair had a team that was knowledgeable, respectful and ensured that the repair of my dishwasher was done right. Thank you Daniel, Dave and Julian for a job well done!
