After my Great first experience with Diamond Appliance, I had to have a unrelated repair done to the same refrigerator. Of course, things break at the worst possible time as we had an emergencey and had to leave town the day I spoke with the Amazing scheduling Team. They assured me they would have the parts in stock when we returned and set our appointment. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet Scott when he did the repair, but I returned to a working refrigerator and a very clean work site. Thank you all for such Great Service!

This was the nicest experience , I had a problem with my refrigerator, the technician was knowledgeable and explained in detail what i needed to fix the problem. Will call them again if I have problems again.

If you want good honest service you NEED to call Diamond Appliance! They don’t sell you want you don’t need and they don’t fix what isn’t broken!!! Top notch company in our book for sure! Thank you for being such a great company!

Within 2 months fixed both my LG refrigerator and my clothes dryer. Both times there were on time and very knowledgeable highly recommend them.

Diamond Appliance office personnel and technicians are excellent. We had 3 appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, in need of diagnostics and repair. The scheduling, tech notification that they were en route, arrival and repair were all done efficiently, professionally and completely. Our refrigerator was a warranty repair. Diamond stepped up and provided parts prior to the manufacturer supplying warranted parts. We greatly appreciate all their efforts and highly recommend them for any appliance repair. Thank you for getting us back up and running!!

We had Pete come out today. He was absolutely fantastic. Arrived on time and had great communication on what the actual issue was as well as showed us so we could see for ourselves. I’m sure he can’t do that for every situation, however he was very genuine, and in my opinion was very honest and reliable person. If I have trouble with another appliance diamond appliance repair will be my first call.

Julian and partner were awesome . Came out twice and did an amazing jobs very respectable and awesome with my dogs ! Very appreciative of their service!!!

Daniel was my service tech today. He displayed outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain his diagnosis in layman's terms that I could understand. Good employees are an outstanding asset to have and I hope Diamond Appliance Repairs appreciates him!

Pete and Julian just left after repairing my LG washing machine. It was leaking water and they went right to the source. Fortunately, it was a quick fix! Very professional and super nice. Diamond Appliance is now permanently in my contact list.

Dave, the service tech, was great. The girl that handled the phones was very personable as well. The diagnostic fee was a little less than other repair companies around here too, which was nice. Highly recommended!

Ice maker arm jammed and called Frigidaire for a warranty repair. Diamond is their repair shop and this is the 4th time in 3 years they have replaced a defective ice maker. As usual the job was completed promptly and professionally, this time by Scott. Scott took the time to explain a bit about why this happens so often, and it’s just due to a design change that’s common to all OEMs. It’s a good idea to get the warranty on a refrigerator because it sounds like we are due for more visits for the same issue.

Called Diamond Appliance Repair…they were out in less than 24 hours. Dave H. Introduced himself and promptly went to work on our disabled dryer. Bang, before you knew it, dryer back doing its thing. Dave our serviceman was straight off the hook good. All work no play with Diamond!!

I had a problem with a brand new LG dryer that both Lowe’s and LG swore was my fault. Anthony came out to take a look. He was early, communicative, polite, well-dressed, and quick! I didn’t realize he had removed the drum from the dryer until he was already putting it back together.

Anthony showed me what the problem was, fixed it properly, and wrote up the paperwork so that LG and Lowe’s could figure out the rest without hassling me.

Before the service call, the ladies in scheduling were also polite and communicative. I loved that people answered the phone, verified everything, and did exactly what they said they would do. I’m learning that’s a rarity around Lehigh Acres!

I really appreciated my experience with Diamond Appliance and will be using them in the future….but hopefully not the near future. ;)

My four year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling due to a faulty compressor. I called LG because the warranty was still in effect. LG dispatched Diamond Appliance Repair. The office contacted me immediately and scheduled one of their techs to come and confirm the compressor was faulty and it was. Parts were ordered and Pete, their technician, completed the repair. He was friendly and professional. The office staff communicated well and their were friendly and professional as well. I would recommend this company.

After hurricane in I've had a bevy of really bad contractors and repair people but this company shines above the stars. From the moment you call to the moment a tech arrives, you just know you're in good hands kudos to Anthony and Scott for their amazing ability to be neat thorough tidy and extremely efficient. I recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work on any of their appliances. I also want to thank the office staff who made filing all the reports to the manufacturer beyond simple thank you all.

I had a great experience with Diamond Appliance from first contacting them who was referred to me by Lg. I explained the issues I was having with my ice maker and the scheduled a tech to come out and replace it. Not only did I get Pete D, I got his apprentice also. (Sorry forgot his name) But he replaced the ice maker with little instruction from Pete and then ran an operational test. After a short conversation about my other Lg appliances. Pete patiently walked me some simple things I can do to keep things running smoothly. Thank You Diamond Appliance!! I will recommend your company to everyone needing help with their appliances.

I had a service tech from a different company twice to resolve the problem but he could not. I was prepared to return the fridge and get my money back or replace it. Pete D. from Diamond Appliance Repair nailed it within 60 seconds...give him a promotion and a raise. He should be running the place...
