This company provides excellent electrical services! I had a crisis, and was without power and light to half of the house. It was friday, and I was looking at going into the weekend with extension cords all over the place and hazardous conditions. They dispatched a technician right away and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. There was a ground wire in one of the many many electric sockets in the house. I'm not sure how he figured out which one of the sockets were faulty, but I am so grateful for their sense of urgency, their kindness, their trustworthiness, honesty, and above all their ability to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They came highly recommended by one of my neighbors. I must say I echo her sentiments and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with all things electrical. Thank you Franco Electric! You will most certainly go on my speed dial as my go-to electrical provider. From installations to diagnostics/panel & wiring fixes...

My brother is an electrician so I know what a great electrician should be like. Unfortunately my brother lives out of town, but fortunately for me, I found Carlos at Franco's Electric. He's as close as I've found to the standard my brother sets, and it doesn't get any better than that!

We have used them for many years and are professional. I call and get a response within a few hours- very timely. This is the only electric company I use to refer to our customers as well. The owner Carlos is very knowledgeable and has also helped us with our 5th wheel. Call on the best.

Had them mount two ceiling fans on the lanai. Miguel did a great job and was super to work with. Miguel and Carlos were very patient and customer-focused considering we had to buy 4 fans to get two that would work!

Thank you Franco Electric company, I had a couple of issues with my power at home . Mr. Franco guided me through some steps to try to identify the problem first and make sure what situation was. We established one of the issues, but one that need a professional to come and trouble my other outlets I must say one satisfied customer from his employee Joseph as well. He quickly found the issue replaced the outlet that causing the others not to work.

Based on Google reviews, I called Carlos at Franco's Electric from my Las Vegas, NV home. I had Carlos install a RV electrical panel at my home in Estero, Florida. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Franco Electric for all your electrical repairs and services.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Service. We used them just after hurricane Ian came through. We had a generator, but no power to our well pump. They were very responsive to our call. Showed up before the time they were scheduled to arrive and helped connect our well pump to our generator. Will use them again.

This is the first time we called upon Franco's Electric, who was recommended to us by a trusted neighbor. Although their calendar was jammed they worked us into a visit within a 4 hr window and appeared in 3. Monte (sp?) was professional, knowledgeable, and quite friendly. The problem was identified nearly immediately, and a complete "breaker troubleshoot" (sorely needed) was performed. He went on to "check" out the rest of the house, and showed us several areas where attention may be needed sooner than later, The invoice for this work was quite reasonable in our opinion. My wife and I both appreciate what was done within 3 hour's time by a genuine "Pro" and we highly recommend this company.

I have used this company in the past 5 years with no problem. Carlos is competent and professional. I asked him to bid a large electrical job in my house - bathroom, kitchen and outside outlets. The day before they were scheduled, they called to cancel and say they could not do the job because someone quit and they had nobody available to send. I asked if they could at least come replace an electrical box and receptacle to the sprinkler system so that I could replace the sprinkler pump again. I needed my sprinkler system fixed but needed those things replaced first. The sprinkler people showed me the short in the electric box going to the sprinkler system and the burnt receptacle and said it needed to be replaced. Some other guy from Franco’s showed up on the day in question, spoke to my son who told him that I needed those two things replaced. The guy took photos of the two things I needed replaced and then sat in his truck in my driveway for 45 minutes and left. I then received a bill for $235 to diagnose a problem I already KNEW I had and the work was still not done. I ended up hiring another company to come out and do all of the work including the two things outside that needed replacing. When I protested the bill, they kept telling me it was a legitimate charge for what they did, which was absolutely NOTHING!!

I then needed my electric panel replaced, so I called them to give them another chance to do business because I really liked Carlos and his work before as well as his pricing. They refused to come until I pay the $235 bill. They would turn down $4-5k job for $235 which I truly disputed. I cannot believe they are standing by the charges and they said they have notes and photos of what and why they came out and said the charge stands and they won’t adjust it. I even agreed to pay a service fee for the visit even though the work was not performed. They refused and said I owed the full $235 or else they would never come to my house again. LOSE their number. It’s not worth the headache.

I don’t know what I did that Carlos wouldn’t come to do the work, so I asked, and they said he has bigger jobs to work on and that my house electrical work was too small so he assigned it to another worker who quit and that Carlos was too busy doing bigger jobs.
