Today was the second time Vanderbilt Maids cleaned my house. I’ve had many cleaning services in the past and Vanderbilt Maids is far superior to all of them!
My house is immaculate! They are very thorough!

I have used cleaning services in the past and nothing compares to Vanderbilt Maids! They were on time, nice, professional, and had an incredible attention to detail. The pictures speak for themselves!

Vanderbilt Maids started out great but since has gone down. The time before last they didn't wash the floors so I had to and this past time there's dust all over my shutters. Not good. The cost is very high for a less than good job.

Amazing move in clean on a new build. Ladies were incredible, kind, and diligent.

Also incredible customer service for the women who answered the phone and booked our service. She explained the different types of cleanings so we made sure to select the right one.

Original Post: I am extremely upset with my experience with Vanderbilt Maids. I originally booked them for a Move-In Deep Clean as I was moving into my new home and needed it deep cleaned from the previous occupant. I had signed up for a monthly service with the company and received a discount on the deep clean as a result. I was very excited for this as the reviews of this company were exceptional. However, they did the deep clean of the house and upon arriving at my home to check on the job done after the deep clean, the floors were filthy. I then personally vacuumed the whole house to see how much dirt/dust I would pick up and my vacuum picked up a significant amount of dirt/dust indicating that the floors were not cleaned well at all. After walking around barefoot from vacuuming the floors for about 25 minutes my feet were completely black. It was clear that they did not clean the floors…. I called them to explain this and they apologized and said it was probably “because the grout was really dirty” and that they would send the crew back to touch up the floors. I did appreciate that, however, that was not a favor to me. That is something they absolutely should do considering they obviously didn’t clean the floors well. I then decided to cancel my monthly cleaning service with them since the job done was extremely subpar. I was then charged $165 for canceling. I contacted them and explained that the reason I canceled was because the job the crew did was horrible and completely unacceptable. She then explained that I was charged because I “took advantage” of the Deep Clean discount they gave me for signing up for frequency cleans. She refunded me half ($88) and said she was going to put the request in to the “back office” for them to decide if I would be refunded the other half. The back office came back and said they would NOT be refunding me the 2nd half because “the crew came back and touched up the floors free of charge”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Yeah! They absolutely should be coming back to CLEAN the floors not “touch up” the floors when the floors were not properly cleaned to begin with!! I will NOT be recommending this company to any of my friends in the Naples area and actually will be steering them far away from this company. I am extremely frustrated. This is completely unacceptable behavior and terrible customer service!

I may self used to clean house, I may sure my clients are satisfied.
So far that is the second company that I tried, and for my family to tell me that they did a good job then In satisfied because they know how picky I am with my cleaning.
Vanderbilt Maid were very organized and they well managed the time to give you a pleasant atmosphere.

Tammy, the owner of Vanderbilt Maids, is a true professional and takes care of her customers. She communicates and asks questions about the things I would like done each time before coming, and then calls if there are any questions during the cleaning when I’m not home. The cleaners are thorough and excellent, but it’s the finishing details that make the difference. Pillows and throws are beautifully placed. Tissue paper and paper towels are turned into works of art. My house looks wonderful when they leave; all is dust gone while floors and bathrooms shine! You won’t be disappointed!

This is our second time using Vanderbilt Maids. I could ditto everything I wrote the first time as we are once again thrilled at the beautiful job Tammy and her crew did.

We were away for the day, and they came and once again made our home sparkle ✨! When we arrived home, we could smell the freshness and noticed immediately how lovely everything looked. They pay great attention to detail - all the bathrooms and the kitchen look brand new. Our floors look so like they were just installed and our tables with glass tops look as though they just came from a showroom. And it isn’t easy to clean the glass tops!

My only unfulfilled wish is that they were also in Pennsylvania so they could clean our home there, too.

Gloria goes above and beyond with the job and cares. The house my daughter is moving into was a disgusting mess and Gloria and her team came in, spent 6-8 hours deep cleaning the entire house and lanai, even did extra items we had not thought of!! My daughter now has a wonderfully clean house to move into! Thank you Gloria and Team!

Rudy and Gloria have been helping our family
care for my In- Laws condo in Estero for about 20 years. They are very reliable and trustworthy in every respect. Since our family is not here full time (we live in PA), we count on them to be our connection in case something goes wrong. This time , we had 2 leaking toilets(ugh!). Rudy’s son -in -law Josh was extremely helpful in installing 2 new toilets while we were here . He had to make several trips to Lowe’s and Home Depot as the one toilet was a tricky size. He was determined to finish it the same day and worked until it was finished 8:30-9pm! We went to eat while he was working and came come to a clean condo ( he even swept and wiped off the counters!). Josh even got a broken lightbulb out of a socket for us! We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They are highly recommended by our family!!

Walked through my doors into a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Not only were my pillows displayed nicely, even my paper towel holder had a cute little bow on top of it! Very nice job done and quick too! Thanks Gloria's!

My other cleaning service retired. I contacted Gloria to clean my condo after tenants moved out. She sent me pictures and communicated with me throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the service and the price was fair. I will definitely use Gloria again.
