Pressure Washing reviews in Estero, Florida

I hired this company because they used a soft wash process, gave me a competitive bid, and said there would be minimum walking on my roof. They quickly provided proof of liability and WC insurance. But when they got here, they put up a ladder and one technician got up on the roof - and he walked around on the roof during the entire cleaning process. This upset me at first, until I stopped to realize it was just too windy to stand on a ladder and accurately spray cleaning solution all over the roof (they did not use a boom truck). A second technician constantly sprayed water on the plants and trees around the house. Although they do not do roof repairs, I gave them some roofing adhesive and they saved me a trip onto the roof by gluing down a roof tile that had come loose (it was loose before they arrived). The roof looks great, no visible damage to plants or trees so far (it was done yesterday), and I would hire them again.

We were selling our house and desired to have the pool pavers cleaned from the mold and mildew before the final walk through which was in a few days. It was delayed once because of rain but Peter the owner worked with us to get this completed one day before the final walk through. Their price was reasonable and we are a very satisfied customer from the service that they have provided to us.

Peter and the crew did an excellent job in cleaning our roof and cleaning and sealing our driveway and lanai. They were friendly, efficient and professional. We would highly recommend Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing Services John and Mary Spain, Estero, Fl.

We are so happy with the results of our driveway cleaning and sealing. It honestly made a huge difference. The pavers had blackened on our walkway, and our drive Pavers had dirt between them that we couldn’t get clean ourselves. Honestly, the driveway looks new now. And we’re glad we chose to invest in sealing this great work to keep it looking good for the next few years. We had used Under Pressure for roof cleaning twice before on our barrel tiled roof, so we already knew that Peter’s company does reliable work, and the employees take pride in their work. And we thank Peter for Including the walkway cleaning in the driveway quote. This was well worth the investment in our home.

In my humble opinion, Under Pressure sent their best guys today to pressure wash our pool cage & lanai. It looks like new! They've also done a great job on our roof, and our driveway & walkway in the past. They really are the best!

Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing Services was awesome. We had heavy algae covering the roof, creating dark black stains. The crew came in and made the roof look new again. We used them while prepping the house for sale and received an offer within a week. Thanks a lot Peter!

Update in April 2020: the team was early and completed the bio-wash treatment in a timely manner all while maintaining our new social distancing norms. Owner is now able to take Venmo payments, so I find that super useful since I haven't written a check in over 10 years! Time will now tell if the bio-wash works, and I look forward to updating this review again in October!

Not entirely sure about the "minimal walking on the roof" since there was one tech up there the whole time. However, they did a fantastic job and we have signed up for the semi-annual bio-cleanse treatment program to keep the roof clean going forward. Definitely recommend, but be prepared for cash or check only!

Under Pressure does a fabulous job! We have had our roof cleaned, and our driveway cleaned & sealed. Looks amazing! They have also cleaned the walkways in our community. What a difference it makes! They show up when scheduled, and are courteous, efficient, and thorough. We couldn't be happier!

The staff of Under Pressure did a great job at my house. They actually went above what was quoted and didn't charge anything extra! They cleaned our pool deck and screen cage with great results. They also cleaned some walkway stones and a side door as a bonus! They were efficient, on time, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Peter provides excellent service at a great price! I highly recommend their services and refer them to property managers when I can.

I have never given a service provider a 1 star review, but this team did a terrible job and other people should be aware. They essentially sprayed water around my driveway and told me sorry they couldn't get any stains out. They spent very little time or effort trying and didn't leave proper time for drying as evidenced by the pictures of the sealed in dirt and water stains still visible on my porch.

Even if the sealant cost $500 (which it didn't), for over $1,300 for less than 3 hours labor, there's a better value elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible work. Myself and my client are very happy with the job that was done at a real estate listing of mine. Pete and his team did a wonderful job pressure washing my clients home and driveway. I highly recommend 5 stars!

Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing is a quality operation. They always answer the phone and offer the best service in Fort Myers. If you are looking roof cleaning, power washing, or sealing give them a call.

Peter and his team at Under Pressure Cleaning & Sealing are the best in SWFL. After a fine from my HOA his team was able to come out in a timely manor and my house looked brand new when his team was done.

The guys did a wonderful job cleaning our roof. They were super friendly, professional, and our roof looks fabulous! And thank you for getting to our job so quickly. You have a customer for life!

Peter & his staff were very thorough and definitely improved the look & durability of our paver pool deck, driveway and various pathways.

I can't speak highly enough of Peter and Under Pressure Cleaning and Sealing. Peter cleaned all the mold off my roof shingles and brought life back to my lanai. He was very responsive, polite, and thorough, both in reviewing my estimate with me, and the work he did. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

They did an amazing job, sealing our pool deck! Cleanup was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and use these guys for any of your roof cleaning or deck ceiling needs our pavers look amazing.

There are lots of companies out there that clean roofs so get this right... You want UNDERPRESSURE Cleaning and Sealing of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita and Naples. I got in late to an arrangement this company made with others in my community but he (Pete) was willing to include me in the pricing he give them. That saved me $$$. Now the work.... They cleaned my roof and driveway making them look great..... especially the driveway that gets black over time for some reason. If you want quality work at a reasonable price contact these guys.
