Tree reviews in Eustis, Florida

When I needed some tree work done, I called 6 companies. Got 4 voicemails, left 2 messages, 2 mailboxes were full, 1 never answered. Clearcut answered, came right out for estimate, quoted a very fair price and had the work completed in 2 Days!! I highly recommend Clearcut Tree Services!!!!

We have used Clearcut a number of times over the past 7 years. Rodney is the best. Runs a tight ship and is involved in and on all his company's jobs. I trust Rodney 100%.

Clear Cut Tree Service is an outstanding company. They do work for both my home and my business, Lake Veterinary Clinic. The company and staff are very professional and do a great job maintaining the properties.

Just had large tree removed this week. New equipment was amazing. The guys were friendly, hardworking and efficient. Good clean up. Will definitely use you again. My dog liked you too!!

Rodney van Doren of Clearcut Trees has been my go-to person for tree trimming for several years. Always professional, reasonable priced, and completes tree work as agreed and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Clearcut to anyone need tree work. Betty B

We got a quote from the owner and one of his workers to remove a tree from our home. We gave the quote to the insurance company and called him to come get the tree out. It took a week just to get someone to answer the phone. Then we scheduled an appointment only to have him not show and then cancel 3 times. When he finally came out he refused to remove the tree for the quoted price and said that it would be over twice the original price but for me not to worry the insurance will pay. Price gouging is illegal!! I am a business owner myself. I understand pricing and what it takes to run a business and this is not it. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner tried his best to blame his employee's for all the "miscommunication" but, why did he sign the paperwork if it was wrong? The employee did his job the owner just wanted to make a profit at the cost of someone else's misfortune.

This company did an outstanding job with cutting back trees for my upcoming pool installation. Very precise, professional, on time and made a point to cleanup after and made my yard look like they had never been there. I even had my niebors after the work was completed told me that the guys did a very professional job. Thanks again to the Clear cut tree service guys and staff, I will call again for future work I need done. I think my niebors will also look to them for there tree service needs.

Clearcut Tree Service came out and trimmed an oak tree for my grandpa. They were very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. They also made sure they cleaned up the mess that was made. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We've used 4-5 different tree services while living in Leesburg for 40 years. Clearcut Tree Services is the best. They arrive in the time window they say they will. Their rates are reasonable and the service is fantastic. They are the best at cleaning up.

Rodney and team are great! They are professional, always making the best recommendations for which trees need work and very reasonable. We have used them for our home and business with excellent results.

My name is Michael Hadden and I would like to relate my experience with Clearcut Tree Service. I have used Clearcut on three separate jobs. The first was the removal of a large old cherry tree that had been hit by lightning and was leaning precariously over our garage. The owner of Clearcut, Rodney, went up in the bucket and started topping the old tree. It took seconds for a very mad swarm of bees to fly out and start chasing all of us on the ground! Rodney was stuck in the bucket about 20 ft up, he stuck with the job until the top was down. I next hired Clearcut to take out a row of trees along with an old wire fence, this was at our private school in Mount Dora. They did everything they said they would in one day. The 3rd job I put them on, after getting three higher bids, was the removal of an old 80ft tall oak that was dropping large branches. This was a big job. Clearcut did a great job and thoroughly cleaned the area. I would recommend Clearcut Tree Service to anyone.

Clearcut tree service is the best company, they know their work, the all were curtious, friendly. They do a thorough job, both in cuttig tree down and clean up. Their prices are reasonable. I will be having them back again, got three more big ones to come down. I highly recommend them.

After 3 estimates, ClearCut Tree Service was the middle bid for my tree trimming project. I had received a note from a friend that ClearCut did a great job for them so I went with them for my project. The first thing I was told was it would be a month to get to my project. Well, Cindy called me within 10 days of getting on the list and they were ready to go (a great surprise). Rodney and his crew showed up today and blew me away! His crew was professional and fast, his equipment was state of the art, and he exceeded all of my expectations. They went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. I highly recommend ClearCut Tree Service and I will use them again in the future...

Rodney came to give us an estimate on a cedar tree that he had previously trimmed. My mother did not feel comfortable with hurricane season about to start so we decided to take it down. Rodney’s crew were on time and went right to work. Had the tree down and cleared in about two hours. We didn’t know that the tree had a bird’s nest in it and one member of the crew treated the babies with care and set up the nest in another tree. 😍. Thank you! Awesome job!!

We had Three trees in our yard, at home, that we’re in varying degrees of diseased. The tree in the back yard, that leaned over my neighbors house, was massive and in close proximity to both houses and needed a crane to help remove it safely. The men from Clearcut arrived about an hour prior to the crane and cleared an easy access for the crane to reach the tree.
From that point on these men were non stop the massive tree in the backyard was down to a stump in about an hour and a half to an hour and forty five minutes. From there they moved on to the heavily damaged, by hurricane Erma, in our side yard. This tree did not require the assistance of the Crane to drop to the ground. It took one man in a Spider Bucket lift less than a hour to drop this tree to the ground with a clearing of dropped limbs by another crew member. They took the last tree down in less than a half hour and then commenced with the loading of limbs and chipping of branches it took about 4 loads to get all of the trees cleared from the ground
The scheduled Stump Grinder arrived at the appropriate time to start the grinding process and was completed with all three stumps in about an hour and a half. While this occurred the rest of the crew was involved in the cleanup process.
All in all it took the Four Man crew, not including the Stump Grinder, Nine Non-Stop hours to Drop three trees to the ground and preform a complete clean up.
To say that the Wife and I are completely Satisfied is an Understatement. This crew was incredibly conscientious in their customer service.
All done and said a Job Incredibly Done. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Clearcut Tree Service many times in the last few years. They have always been prompt with giving a estimate and following up with prompt service. They are not only good with service, they also leave the work site clean. I will definitely call them in the future for any of my tree service needs.

I have had the pleasure of using Clear Cut several times. Rodney is not only very knowledgeable but very fair. He will spend as much time as needed when giving an estimate and asking questions. He can do tree work that nobody else will do due to heights or electrical lines because he has the proper equipment to do so. He recently did some work on a very high tree that required his trucks to go onto my St. Augustine grass but when I got home from work the grass was not damaged AT ALL and the tree looked amazing. His workers are very professional and before they leave there is not one branch, stick or leaf left on the premises. Clear Cut will show up when they say and do exactly what was discussed. You will not be disappointed with Clear Cut Tree Service.

Rodney came out personally and gave me a quote. He was far below the others. Someone else said they had used them and was very happy. I scheduled them. The tree was between my house, my art shed and my patio. They cut it with zero damage. Not even to my plants. I was surprised. They removed the tree, took the stump 4 inches below the surface. Left only a little extra mulch. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want it done right the first time with out feeling like you were overcharged, Use Clearcut.

While I didn’t use this company to remove my lightning struck pine, I do want to give them a very positive review. The owner was responsive and has someone who answers the phone - what a pleasure that was! I got 5 estimates for my job and learned something from each one. If you’re looking for estimates I do encourage you to include Clearcut.

I have used Clear Cut for years and they are the best service I have had anywhere! I have lived in many States and have had multiple tree cutting experiences. Clear Cut was the best I have seen. They are very communicative, fast, and reasonable with rates. They have done my house here in Eustis, FL many times and always are polite and cleanup is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Rodney and his crew did an excellent job on my large corner lot and even returned a few days later to take care of another small request. Moreover, Rodney's bid was easily the best of the four I solicited. The crew was on time and professional and Clearcut will have my business from now on. Have already recommended them to my neighbor.
