Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
One thing that I absolutely love about local businesses is the importance stressed on treating clients with such a personal approach. My family just relocated from Chicago to the area, and there was an emergency power outage that had occured at our family home. After initial contact, Leslie, with Johnny's electric, had called me and gave me a step by step update in real time, as to when the technician could arrive, what the diagnosis was, and lastly; confirmation that everything had been resolved. I work in a service based industry, and I take my reviews seriously. Johnny's Electric was impressive, and really made me feel as if we were important. We will be using them for any and all of our future needs. Definitely A-1 service, from their technicians, to their internal staff. Thank you for all of your help!Joe Berrios

I've used Johnny's for many years and have always been pleased. In the past month I've used them twice. One was an emergency. Johnny's responded immediately and Brian was on site in a few hours to identify and resolve the issue. Most recently they were able to fit me in before my scheduled appointment. They are my 'go to' electrician.

We recently used Johnny's for the second time. The first was a septic pump electric issue. Recently we had a 220V line installed. Both times the personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. On the line installation, estimator Brian was thorough and gave us a timely estimate. Although it took some time to get the installation scheduled (COVID issues, although we were not under a time constraint), installers Rodney and Melvin were fabulous. They were knowledgeable and thorough and worked consistently around the rain showers in the area. The end result was very professional. I found the price to be fair for the amount of work required. I would highly recommend Johnny's for your electrical needs.
