My yard has been a problem for me for so long that I was near giving up hope on it. I called on Serenity for help after reading some excellent reviews on their work. I have not been disappointed. From the first call they were professional, reassuring and listened with attention to my concerns. The work was demanding as they replaced soil and did a beautiful arrangement of colorful, season appropriate plantings, and installed a sprinkler to insure the plants will thrive. Forward looking there are already plans for what plants to replace as the seasons change. This is the first time I have felt confident my front yard is on the right track. I cannot express adequately how grateful I am to the entire team at Serenity. Serenity, such an appropriate name for the business. Thank you, thank you.

We are extremely unhappy with the services provided by Serenity. We paid for a rendering of their proposed landscaping plan for our property that was nothing more than cut and pasted pictures of various plants superimposed on a photo of our front yard. It was very unprofessional.

We proceeded only because the cost of that payment was purported to be applied to the total cost of the project. Since we were paying for all of the landscaping, we looked past the poor presentation.

What was initially represented to us never came to fruition. Many of the plants we received were not appropriate for the climate in North Florida. As a result, every cold spell over the last two years has wreaked havoc on the tens of thousands of dollars we spent.

It has become apparent to us that we were likely sold whatever plants the company had so they could empty their inventory at the time of planting. It appears they were focused more on profiting from us rather than being a trusted business advisor to establish a long-term business relationship.

We certainly will never do business with them again.

To be clear, this review is not about the result of bad weather. It is all about the poor service received by a company that appears to seek profit over the best interests of its customers. We do not trust this company.
