The crew at CSI are amazing and very professional. We had an issue with structural cracks all through our slab and the builder kept putting us off. We had CSI come out and asses the issue. Within one week we had a full report on the issue, submitted it to the builder and within one more week the builder made a plan to completely replace the issues at hand. CSI did our building envelope evaluation two years ago and identified widespread sealant failures and flashing deficiencies. They helped us scope the repairs and reviewed the contractor bids so we were not overpaying. Now they are overseeing the remediation work and reviewing every pay application before we release a dollar. It is like having an engineer in your corner who actually cares whether the work gets done right. Our project manager is on top of everything.
