House Cleaning reviews in Fleming Island, Florida

Zerorez employee, Dalton, was pleasant and professional. He was very efficient, he cleaned the bedroom carpet, a large area rug and a couple runners on about 90 minutes. He called ahead to let us know he was 20-30 minutes away. All of the rugs were noticeably cleaner and he showed us a " before and after" photo he took when partially done with the large area rug, clearly showing side-by-side the difference in the vibrancy of colors in the print.

I had the service guy redo my tile and grout service. I wanted a sealer on top but because it didn't come our to my liking i decided not to. I was not totally satisfied. I can appreciate that he was very nice about redoing the job.

Eddie took good care of my home. He did 4 rooms of carpet and pet treatment and cleaned my large sectional. Happy with the work he did !

Jake was thorough in assessing what was needed in our home. We spent a little more money than what we expected however we felt very comfortable with doing so as they went above and beyond to explain the how and why behind the needed services. I believe an air duct cleaning is an absolute must, amazing to find out what is actually going on behind your HVAC system. Thanks again, definitely recommend.

Dalton did a great job! He communicated his recommendations well and steered us in the right direction as far as what was and wasn’t needed. Polite, friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

I’m so happy with how fresh and spotless it looks now. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking to bring your furniture back to life.

I was very pleased with Logan’s service for my custom white couch, which is Upholstered in feathers. He took the time to Look at the exact Specifications on the couch Which would have been a disaster if he steam cleaned them. He was friendly and meticulous in his service. I would Highly recommend him And use him Again.

An amazing experience. Techs were on time and ready to go. Very knowledgeable and professional. Showed they knew there stuff. Explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Kendall was amazing!! He’s been with the company for a long time and exceeded my expectations. I have a dog that sheds non stop and a dog that pees on the carpet occasionally. The smell is completely gone and the carpet looks healthy and fluffier than ever before. Thank you to Kendall and thank you to zerorez for never disappointing and going above and beyond.

they had amazing timing, customer service, and My Carpets color is as new again

Before & after! Air duct cleaning service by Jake P and his partner was the most excellent service! They vacuumed our entire house after & were so kind to our kids and pets during the service. Would HIGHLY recommend. We have a history of asthma and really think we now will be living in a healthier environment thanks to Zerorez!!! Money well spent, great price!

Wonderful job from the get go! Customer service was amazing to schedule. Dalton did a great job with our sectional- very communicative during the process.

Just had my tile floors cleaned. Zerorez always does a great job at a reasonable cost. The technician was extremely courteous and professional! Highly recommend Zerorez! They also offer a 30-day guarantee on their services.

He did an incredible job and so fast! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Kyle. He gave a thorough assessment of the areas needing cleaning/protecting. In-n-out in about 1hr for 3 rooms. Took care of wall corners and flooring where hoses drag. Clean and professional service. Add-on costs for scotch-guard protectant and odor mitigation for my pets(dog and cat).

Kyle cleaned my carpets. He did a wonderful job very polite and knowledgeable! He explained the whole process. I would definitely use this company again and request him.

This was our first time using Zerorez carpet cleaning. Dalton, our technician, called prior to his arrival. He was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. Before beginning, he explained the cleaning process and did an area rug assessment. His work was exceptional. We will definitely use Zerorez for our future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Caz was great. Called 45-min before arrival and was thorough, courteous and friendly. The rugs and carpet look like new!

We had a great experience with Zerorez, and Dalton was fantastic! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. Our carpets look and feel incredibly clean, and there was no harsh chemical smell afterward. Dalton was friendly, respectful of our home, and clearly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Zerorez and definitely ask for Dalton if you can!

Vicki and Colton were so kind in getting my appt set up and doing the actual cleaning!! My chairs look brand new when I thought they had reached their last days and we are so thankful! Customer service, price, and results were an A+. I’ll be recommending them to everyone and will definitely look no further for myself!
