The service man arrived right on time and I had received a call ahead of time. He replaced the part very quickly and tested the washer to make sure that it was working correctly. There was no mess left behind and he was very pleasant. I am very happy with the service I received.

Shawn the technician was professional and knowledgeable and would not give up on the CAFE refrigerator issues and much appreciated work , took several visits but Shawn would not give up on the repair. Working great now.
