The condo I live in made the mistake of contracting RTI for a restoration project. Initially the estimated time for completion was 18 months. We are already over a year in and the project will take more than an additional year. This company is a total joke, most unprofessional people. You can see there's not even people working, days go by and zero progress. Do yourself a favor and select another company or make sure you have a good attorney.

This company damaged my girls car with cement from a work site. After further damage was incurred by them using a high power pressure washer (removed pinstripe and paint) we had to take it to a body shop to fix the damage. They paid the damage, but failed to pay for rental car while the car was in the shop. She would have not been able to go to work. They failed and we decided to take them to small claims court. Beware...... they will try to muscle you into using your insurance to claim damage they were responsible for.

The owner came by the project sometimes a couple times per day to oversee the work, advised us and organized the phases of the work with all vendors. Very transparent, provided all invoices and permits were processes quickly. All permits closed. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.
