I was referred to Nate of Envision Electrical Solutions and wanted to take a moment to thank him for being professional, organized, and sending a great tech with Nick. Nick was patient and took the time to explain the type of work being done. He installed a disconnect switch to my hot water heater, as is required by the City building code.
On a side note, I spoke with Nate re: the outside Outlet on the Terrace as the cover was compromised. Nick tested the outlet and it caught on fire!! I am so thankful to Envision Solutions taking the time to test, changed the outlet, and ultimately preventing any further damage. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about Envision Electric and their professional service, from several weekend after- hours discussion with the Nate the owner re my work request and scheduling - to Nicks’s prompt and courteous service. I was astounded that their level of service and competence could still be found in SE Florida. We hired Envision Electrical Solutions to replace an electrical panel plus other electrical work. From start to finish, we had a great customer experience. I had to call an electrician because we had some weird stuff going on with our house after the vacuum overheated and shut off. I also had some weird responses when trying to turn off the power at the fuse box. I ended up calling an electrician because I was concerned about the house burning down since I could smell some sort of burning but couldn't locate it. He took a look at things. He searched every outlet in the house to find the one that had apparently blown out. After seeing it, he fixed the outlet, fixed my backward GFCI outlet, and cleaned up pretty nicely. I am pleased by their hard work; it was a great job.
