WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECIEVED. TOOK OVER A WEEK JUST TO PROCESS MY ORDER WITH 0 COMMUNICATION COMING FROM PACER. I'VE HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES INQUIRING WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. VERY UNHAPPY

They have lots of items in this place for your electronic needs. Had 1-5 amp fuses, which is so difficult to get locally. Very nice and helpful staff as well.

BEWARE OF PURCHASING BREAKERS FROM THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED 2 NIB SIEMENS BREAKERS WITH SHUNT TRIP! UPON INSPECTION OF THESE BREAKERS WITH A STATE INSPECTOR, ONE OF THE SHUNTS WERE BURNT - NOT BY OUR COMPANY HOWEVER. IT HAD TO HAVE COME TO US NIB LIKE THIS!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO HOOK UP ANYTHING OTHER THAN 120 VOLT. THEY SAID WE HAD TO HAVE BURNT THIS BREAKER UP BECAUSE IT WAS NEW IN THE BOX FROM THE FACTORY!!!!
I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 43 YEARS AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DEFECTIVE FROM THE FACTORY! THEY SEEM TO THINK THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.
THE 2ND BREAKER WITH SHUNT - WORKED THE FIRST TIME TESTED BUT FAILED THE 2ND TIME TESTED! !
I WAS TOLD TO SHIP BOTH BACK TO THEM, THEY WOULD TEST AND GET BACK WITH ME.
OF COURSE, NONE OF THIS IS THEIR FAULT AND I WAS TOLD "I'M SORRY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU."
NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS WAS A LOSS OF $212.00 PLUS THE $14.00 SHIPPING TO RETURN.
WE WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FURTHER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THEY HANDLED THIS SITUATION!!!
