We love our pool man, Lance. He has many years experience, is trustworthy, and does a great job for Andy. We’ve been with Swimming Pool Man for several years.

It has been a struggle to get the tech to completely clean the pool. We had some debris from a remodeling job fall into the pool and it has taken multiple communications to even get them to address the issue fully. I'm not sure if it just my assigned Tech or a company issue.

I needed to replace my Rheem pool heater. It was delivered and installed quickly, and now it's working perfectly. I also use them for my weekly pool maintenance, and they offer repairs on my pool equipment when needed.

Welp, here's the communication I received from this company along with an aggregated bill. Draw your own conclusions about their professionalism: "If you told him to only come twice a month then that's on you. You should have contacted the office if you wanted to reduce your bill, not just told the kid you did not need service every week."

Andy is a great guy, I had a major issue with my pool and couldn't get it fixed for weeks. After outrageous estimates and talking about completely draining the pool, with other companies, I called Andy. He showed up that afternoon, charges a reasonable price, and had everything sorted out that same day. I would say I'm very fortunate to have come across Andy's add.

My Dad has dealt with this company for many many years with this company. My Dad is old school and truly appreciates loyalty, integrity and pride in their work. Which Andy and his staff displays. I happened to be home today and noticed that the young gentleman Lou did the pool today. Once again did not disapoint. He displayed pride in his work, was polite and courteous. Not many companies these days are responsive , let alone same hour , same day. Andy truly cares and does everything he possibly can to assist you and your pool to be operating properly and sparkling clean all year long. Had some issues with this company.

Was charged for work not completed.

Even basic maintenance was not done properly. For example a simple filter rinse was promised monthly and never completed.

Seems like from reading reviews Im not the only one. Also looks like many of the positive review are fake.

This people are not professional they come whenever they want and they don’t do the service right, they leave the filters dirty they dont open them, they come and put the chemicals in the pool in exactly 30 minutes and leave. I will attaching pictures, they are exactly 5 minutes after the service
