Good morning I just wanted to take the time to leave a review Jason from way too cool LLC had come by my house and needed to do a complete gutting of the entire heating and air condition system in my house I was quoted obscene amounts of money he was the most reasonable most professional that I had spoken to and had taken care of all the issues in my house timely manner as well as his work what's impeccable he also performed basic upkeep for me at no additional cost and made sure that before he left everything was put back together and cleaned so I was very happy with the performance that I received and I would recommend Jason from way too cool LLC to any of my friends family or even anyone who is looking into utilizing them for your heating and air conditioning purposes he spoke very eloquently was educated and was able to deal with me constantly asking questions and riding him the whole time so I was very pleased with the level of service as well as the quality of the service I get five stars all the way did Jason and the company and I look forward to utilizing them in the future have a great day

I heard of this business from one of my friends and decided to give him a try as she said he is very good at what he does. I live in a building where maintenance has apparently been trying to figure out why my AC constantly leaks from the outside for about four years now. I gave Jason a call and he was very professional on the phone, and showed up on time as promised. Shockingly what maintenance couldn’t fix in four years was no longer an issue and what do you know? No more water on the stairs causing a hazard to myself and my neighbors Lifesaver!

I have a very over zealous puppy that decided to chew on my base boards in my living room. The first call I made was to these guys, sent a picture of the damage the gave me a fair price came over and it looks like new. I’m my puppy does any more damage, these are the guys I’d call back to help! Hopefully that doesn’t happen 😂

Jason came to help assemble furniture and mount TVs. He was responsive and communicated with me. Very professional and did a great job. I would recommend him for your next household jobs.

This Jason/Steve guy is either a scammer or extremely unprofessional. He took my 100$ deposit via cashapp and promised to come work on my ac at noon on 23 Jul. He never showed up, unreachable by phone or text, and probably blocked me. DO NOT TRUST.

Edit on 29 Jul to response to the "owner" comment: You can stop lying. The cashapp still showed pending as of 29 Jul. You never refund or response back to my texts.

We had a miscommunication about the work, but as a gentleman, Jason agreed to repay my deposit and part as friends. But it appears he's not a gentleman as he has not returned my texts and obviously has no intention of giving me my $1,200 back. Now I cry myself to sleep knowing I got ripped off for my hard earned money and I didn't do anything to deserve it. I'd pass this guy up if I were you!

I contacted WAY 2 COOL HANDYMAN SERVICES because I was having issues with my a/c I couldn’t get my heater to work during the cold front. He was quick and efficient he really helped me and my family at an affordable price. I contacted the business about repairing my central air unit, which I thought was beyond repair. I had contacted several other businesses for a quote, and their prices were all almost 2x the price. Decided on way2cool. Their service was immaculate. Tech showed up within twenty minutes of the estimated time, basically I couldn't tell he was there. Very quiet and quick. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, Jason failed to show up or update on the project status. He effectively stole my deposit without rendering any services. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I strongly advise others to avoid hiring him and to consider more reliable alternatives for their handyman needs. His lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar predicament.
