I cannot say enough positive things about Roger. He had to rebuild the compressor and do so many things to correct the work that had been done poorly by another company prior to ServTech. He worked until he got it performing better than it has in the 5 years we've lived in this house.
Thanks to Roger we are living confortably in the house now.

ServTech just moved to the TOP of our list for AC repair. Our mini split stopped working in July and that’s an emergency in South Florida. Roger arrived in approx. 30 minutes & had our AC working within 20 minutes and couldn’t be a nicer guy. This company is honest and dependable.!

Incredible service by Servtech! Not only did they do an amazing job fixing our AC and Thermostat, but they do it with integrity! They will not try to sell you too much. Only what you need to get the job done. When you can balance outstanding work with great service. That is a winning combo and I could not recommend them enough!

I have used Roger for many years now to maintain my ac unit and he has always been honest, and professional. My unit died as Roger predicted 2 year's ago it would and he came out asap when I called him to check things out. Well of course prices were off the chart and we couldn't afford replacing entire unit immediately during this hot summer heat. Roger took the time to finding us a good compressor and now all is well. Thanks to Roger and his professional team mate who installed very timely!

Excellent service from Rodger who replaced 2 brand new A/C in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct units to provide the best cooling for my home. Job was completed on time. He and his partner did excellent work. Very experienced and knowledgeable within their field. A/C is working great and now my wife complains that it's too cold!

After a separate company came out and gave me an estimate on a new system, I called Rodger to give me a second opinion. He found out the compressor was still under warranty in less than a minute. Something the other company told me they couldn’t look up without the original paperwork. Servetech replaced it for 90% less than a new system (the next day) and gave me a chance to save the money and choose a new system, without having to make an impulse purchase. I would definitely recommend their services. They were fast, friendly, and reasonable.

I just replaced my A/C Unit and Roger and his technician Jose did an excellent job with the installation. They were very responsive when I called and answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgeable and explained me all the options that I had in order complete the project. My system is merely 2 years old and when experiencing problems other providers wanted to replace nearly the entire system at a outrageous cost (!). Roger came in and spent the necessary time doing diagnostics (that other companies did not perform), identified the problem and then provided a quality repair at a fair price.

This company is the best I have had in my 21+ years of owning a house in S. FLA! They will come on short notice and are knowledgeable, honest and can diagnose problems on both compressor, air handler & mini condensers extremely well! I really appreciate their help over these last 3 years!!
