The tech came out a couple of hours after I called for service. He was absolutely proficient in his service. I give Al two thumbs up and I gave the company 10. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or HVAC needs. Totally satisfied customer.

Rogerio Is reliable. Does very good work.
Was on time and fixed the problem quickly at a reasonable price! I have recommended him to my family members and clients and everyone has been happy. I would absolutely recommend using Serv Tech air conditioning.

Albert came over first around 9 am, but as he found things in my 2 HVAC systems needed repairs or parts, he contacted Roger to locate the items.
Fortunately, Roger had inventory of thermostats and mother boards, so he brought the parts out, allowing Albert to remain here and finish the job.
As always, both were cheerful, professional and polite.

Update: Another job well done! Roger helped us find the right smart thermostats for our home. The builder grade thermostats installed at build were not compatible with our units. Found the best option for us and was able to replace quickly. He is an authorized google nest dealer. Does not increase price based on your address which is nice for once in South Florida. Good hard working company, where the owner is hands on in the field doing the same work as his technicians.

The owner, Roger is very informative and takes the time to discuss all your AC needs. Our technician, Dwayne worked quickly to get our AC units running more efficiently during this heat advisory! We will be using them again for any future AC needs including maintenance. They came out to address our needs next day, quickly ordered the part and fixed within 24 hours. Affordable and honest pricing too.

Called on a Saturday when A/C stopped working. Phone service was great. Able to come that afternoon. Was told it would be $180 service call fee (double usual fee since it was Saturday?), but that would include fixing the issue if it was a minor repair. Roger showed up. Was very good at explaining what he was doing and what the problem was and what repair required (fuse needed to be replaced). After he fixed the problem in 45 min visit said "Give me $250 to cover everything". Not sure why replacing a fuse taking 45 mins isn't a minor repair?
No details on bill just once charge "$250 repair". Oh and there is a hefty 3.5% charge for paying with any credit card.

All in all I would say service was good and problem was repaired, but perhaps clearer communication on fee structure required.

Had issue with Blockage in ac unit. Roger was very adept in finding the problem soon and fixed it perfectly fine. His technician was also amazing at his job. Very happy. And offered good service with good pricing.

They’re happy to come fix the A/C EVERY TIME TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY..Yesterday’s a/c repair was $850.
The unit STOPPED WORKING AGAIN in the middle of the night.
This was a brand new A/C unit we had them install 6 years ago.
THE UNIT HAS NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY AFTER INSTALLATION .
They have changed parts constantly.
They will happily come service your unit again and again and again.
Every opportunity to come over and bill you.

He changed locations so I couldn’t post this. His work is horrible and he charges too much. He left a copper elbow in my disposal unit and it ruined it. I told him and didn’t hear back.
