I was in Fort Lauderdale airport with my kids waiting for our connecting flight. It was 3:15am with only maybe 8 people at gate G5. I was sleep and 1 off my kids was previously sitting on the floor before he moved to a chair. Something woke me up and I started watched a cleaning member sweep a wallet into his dust pan. He then went into a corner where he thought no one could see him, but I was still watching. He pulled out some cash and put it back into the wallet and swept it back into the dust pan. I asked 1 of my kids did he have his wallet. He didn't and when I realized that was my son wallet was missing, I went to the custodian and took the dust pan in which he was holding tightly. I said you trying to steal my son wallet. He didn't speak English, but he knew exactly what he was doing. It was only about 8 people in the area, so why didn't he call security or ask anyone if they lost a wallet instead of secretly sweeping a wallet with $400 cash inside. Before I approached him another worker even tried to get the broom and dust pan and he was shaking his head. The workers are not honest and should not be working in an airport if they can't report things to lost and found or be honest. If he would have just asked or held up the wallet to see if it belonged to one of us, we would have given him a tip and a good one for being a good honest person.

Sunshine Windows has cleaned our windows for many years. I recommend them very highly. They are fine people to work with and always do an excellent job.

There are a few amazing people that really work hard, but most of what I have seen of the Sunshine Cleaning Systems staff have been inept, lazy and some do not understand how to clean. Case in point, I came across one in the ladies room, Terminal 3 at FLL, 3 am and she was in the stall fast asleep. This is typical. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport uses Sunshine Cleaning Systems, if you get a chance swing by, the place is filthy. If it can't be done with a light dust rag on a long stick, it doesn't get done. Just a visual and you can see, it isn't getting done. What they lack in cleaning skills, they toss at you in bad attitudes and surly demeener. They really need to rethink how they hire at this place and find people that understand the job, not just cheap enough to take it.
One last thought, look at the age of the reviews. 5 years ago people loved this company, in the past 6 months, not at all.

My husband John & I have used Sunshine Cleaning for our home for years. I don't know of a more professional, joyful and thorough group of people. When they come out to our home, every part of their team is kind, quick and excellent. They do our windows inside and out, two stories to perfection as well as coordinate the pressure cleaning. In addition to that, we love their heart for the community. Every year for the past 8, they have donated their time and staff to do all the clean-up for the Gridiron Grill-OFF, our non-profit Food & Wine Festival that feeds the needs of kids in crisis in South Florida. We HIGHLY recommend them for your home or business needs!

I have never written a negative review but I feel compelled to do so. I have had the windows at my home cleaned yearly for several years by this company and I have always been very happy with the service and the pricing was fair. I have recommended them to many friends and family members. I have 10 windows and 2 sliding glass doors and have always paid around $125, similar pricing to the company who cleans my next door neighbors house. My sister has 17 windows and 3 sliding glass doors and uses this company as well. We all recently had our windows cleaned, my neighbor paid $125 to his company, my sister paid $150 to Sunshine and when my job was completed I received a bill for $175. I called to find out why I was paying so much and I was told it didn't matter what my sister paid, my bill was $175, end of discussion! When I expressed my disappointment the reply was, " sorry to hear you aren't happy but that is the price, have a good day"! Not exactly the customer service I had experienced in the past and beyond disappointing to say the least. The work was good but not worth the extra money. Won't be calling this company again...but I highly suggest you get an estimate up front and compare pricing to other jobs unless you have extra $ to spend, "just because".
