I just had a broken hot water heater replaced by Juan at centerline… He did a great job on a problematic issue that even had some electrical issues underlying it which he was able to diagnose and direct me on. Unfortunately I live in a building with terrible plumbing… Fortunately Centerline has always been able to help with every problem I have encountered. They are extremely good good extremely professional and extremely trustworthy.

In the middle of a bathtub drain removal and replacement project, I reached out to Jon Ellet. He was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. A technician then responded to our house at the promised time and completed the repair both quickly and accurately - providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Centerline. Both Jon, as well as Mike, the technician, were great to work with - at a very reasonable rate.

Would like to thank Mr Jon Ellet for his courteous and prompt attention to our service request, and thank you so very much to Mike, who came to our place and took care of the installation and repairs to our shower and toilet tank, with so much care and efficient dedication to do a great job. Very courteous well mannered, a true gentleman, with great customer service manners, even checking with a follow up call to make sure all was fine! Highly recommended and very good affordable prices and fine quality service! Very happy! Will call again when we have plumbing needs and will certainly recommend to friends and neighbors. Thank you for your help in taking care of fixing our plumbing needs!
