Hired Tree Jaws to remove two large triple Fox Tail palms and two Robelini palms. The Fox Tails were very close to the house. The crew that came out were friendly and courteous. They went right to work and carefully took down the huge Fox Tail palms and proceeded to grind the stumps. I was very impressed with there professionalism and safety procedures. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and co-workers.

Excellent services were received on July 07, 2022. It was previously organized and prepared, very professionally. At all times close communication with Mitch while tree removal is in process. Every single detail was considered. For example, his arrival was on time, he was very careful in focusing on the tree removal itself. Always asked questions for feedback, and in the end, everything was cleaned up properly. His robotic machinery is amazing, precise, and accurate together with his crew. Overall, he showed up his skills in maneuvering the remote control. The price was affordable, and we highly recommend Tree Jaws Services.

This company was so responsive and so professional! A tree fell on my roof and I sent them pics and they gave me an incredibly fair quote (thousands less than other companies). I then found out my HOA covered this work so I didn’t need them but was super impressed with how efficient they were with me and wanted to leave this review. Good and fair companies like this are hard to find. If I ever need a tree service again I’m only calling Tree Jaws. Ty !!

Tree jaws is highly recommended for any services. From start to finish they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very polite and timely. In a world where professionalism, punctuality, service is rare I was lucky to find Tree Jaws! I had called 7 tree companies as I had a very large Oak tree in my backyard which hangs over my home and terrace. The tree had not been properly cared for thus it was dropping very large pieces of dead wood on my terrace roof causing damage.There is no access for a bucket truck and out of 7 companies only two said they could do it but with climbers and that there would be collateral damage to my landscaping. Luckily I was recommended Tree Jaws by one of the tree companies that said the job was to dangerous for his climbers. From the moment I met Mitch from Tree Jaws I knew this was who I wanted to do the job. He was extremely professional as he is an arborist and was punctual for our appointment. The day of the Job they arrived on time and were absolutely amazing getting it done with ZERO damage to my landscaping, Dennis which was another member of their team was AMAZING like Mitch as he climbed the tree to cut the branches the crane could not do. I can't begin to recommend this Company more and in this world is a fresh breath of hope there is still integrity and professionalism out there!! Tree Jaws we will speak again next year for our next task!!

I received courteous and professional recommendation on how to trim back numerous Florida/pine trees. The crew did a phenomenal job of trimming the trees appropriately at the right angle so as to not hurt the tree yet left a very nice canopy. In fact, the results exceeded my expectations.
They used a bucket truck and cleaned up nicely afterwards

I have to give TREE JAWS a 5 Star rating. Their entire staff were professional and courteous, from Teea, who answered the initial call, Will, and his team, who cut the tree and removed the Areca Palms , and finally, the clean-up crew that removed all the mulch from the grinding of the stumps.
Tree Jaws kept me informed with times of arrival. AND they were on time.
I highly recommend Tree Jaws. The price of the project was very reasonable. The service was truly first class.

This company is awesome They arrived earlier than expected . The crew was excellent they worked to hard . They helped each others . Complete outstanding team work. The crew chief was amazing. They all do what the customer wanted and needed.

Do NOT ever use this company.

They cut down a tree on our property and dropped a large section directly onto our cold plunge, cracking it. They immediately admitted they caused the damage and told us they would take care of the repair.

Once the manufacturer confirmed the unit could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, everything changed. Instead of honoring their responsibility, the owner became extremely aggressive and confrontational. He began accusing us of trying to scam him — despite the fact that he had already admitted fault.

The entire incident, from the moment they broke it to when they came back to inspect it, is clearly captured on our security cameras. There is zero ambiguity about what happened.

Rather than taking accountability, the owner chose to respond with hostility, deflection, and false accusations. We are now being forced to pursue legal action to recover the cost of the damage they caused.

This was one of the most unprofessional and combative experiences we’ve had with any contractor. Save yourself the stress, the damage, and the legal headache — do not ever use this company.

We needed to remove a palm tree from the front of our home because it was unhealthy etc… we called Tree Jaws and they came out, assessed the situation and took care of it! Exceptional work and professionalism from start to finish. I definitely recommend this company 100% They do what they say they are going to do, and stand by their work!

This company is spot on. They communicated from day one, with confirmations and exact arrival time. The crew was excellent they worked so well together like clock work. Each guy helped and knew what the other was doing. Complete orchestrated team work. The crew chief was amazing. They all understood what me the customer wanted and needed. These guys are fantastic!! Came on time (actually early) and delivered excellence!! 7 trees overgrown, one day! They look beautiful! Clean up was awesome!! The amount of huge branches from these trees, all cleaned up like nothing had happened!! Would recommend 100%!

Whether purchasing a salad, a family vehicle, or a tree removal service, there are esoteric checks, balances, and regulations in place for each respective industry, to ensure the American consumer receives a safe and warrantied product or service.

The business making the salad must obtain a license, be trained, and meet specific standards during routine audits to maintain the ability to continue selling salads. The same is true for vehicle manufacturers and tree removal services.

This particular tree removal service, however, does not follow the rules. Tree Jaws has some very impressive equipment and will remove a tree, which is great, but they will not get the required permits beforehand, they will not take the safety precautions to prevent injuries or damage, and they will not carry the proper insurance or workers comp to ensure a smooth process should the worst occur.

In short, Tree Jaws cuts corners even more than they cut trees, and you will work with them at your own risk. What's worse, management will call YOU a scam artist if damage or injury occurs, and you will be forced to file a lawsuit, because there will be no permit or insurance on which to fall back.

In short, continue your search. I have seen the way management treats their workers after an accident; blaming and punishing them when it's management who is supposed to be responsible for training, permitting, and insurance. This is NOT the American way, and this in NOT the tree service for you.

I contracted Tree Jaws to cut a mid-size oak tree in my property that was sick and close to becoming a safety hazard. They also planted a new, smaller oak as a replacement. On the day and time of the appointment the Tree Jaws crew was there exactly on time. They came properly staffed and with all the right equipment, worked rapidly and efficiently, were conscious of safety considerations, and left the area fairly clean once the job was completed.
