Service Queen answered the phone immediately, came out the same evening, and secured the branch before removing it safely the next morning. Their quick response probably saved us from serious damage. I’m so thankful for their reliability and expertise.

They showed up as promised. One person climbed up into the tree to thin the crown in preparation for hurricane season. They cleared and cleaned all debris. Will hire them again for trimming.

Hired them to redo my driveway. I was impressed with the promptness and professionalism of the person who came out to discuss the work and help us make some decisions. But then I had nothing but bad interactions with their office. They repeatedly and confidently promised me details, including dates and times when the work would be completed, then missed those times and then ghosted me for hours. Over and over. And never offered me any apologies or compensation for all of the trouble. The only saving grace is that I'm happy with the finished product, but I'll never do business with this company again.
