My buddy recommend Jeff after I asked who I should call to service my pool. Jeff was very friendly when answering the phone and scheduled me in the next available day. He showed up exactly when he told me he would and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I'd recommend murphy's pool service to anyone. If your not using him your cheeting yourself and your pool.

Jeff has done so much more than just clean my pool. He shows up and actually takes the time to do things right. I’ve been through 5 companies before Murphy’s. I never have to question if he came because I get an email every time he arrives. He’s even got rid of some stains and prevented my surface from cracking anymore. Had to find a pool service for my mother-in-law in FL for when my kids visit her this month and so glad I went with Murphy's Pool Services! It can be difficult to hire someone when you are out of state and trust them to do the job right but Jeff was so accommodating to our situation and very personable. My mother loved Jeff and she said the pool looks "so inviting!" for the first time in years.

I have been trying to get my dads pool light fixed and other companies don’t even have the curtesy to call you back. Not Jeff- he was so responsive and was there the next day to give us a bid. Being out of state it is hard to fully trust pool services but his responsiveness and honesty is admirable. So much so that we will be switching to have him as our pool caretaker.

Can’t say enough positive things about these guys. Incredibly responsive, helpful, fair and honest. Started working with them after Ian, and will continue to work with them as long as they’re in the area. They sold us a system that works well and when we’ve had a problem with it (pool systems are historically temperamental in the summer because of the extreme heat) they went out of their way to make sure we had a solution and a working pool. One pool problem in almost two years isn’t incredible luck, it’s a testament to the great job these guys do. Also helps that they’re from the Northeast. 🤌

I showed up to a rental property, after a 13 hour drive, and the pool was green! I couldn’t get service from the rental company so I called Murphy’s Pool service! Jeff was very professional and showed up a hour before the time he had scheduled with me! I didn’t think a “green pool” could be turned around in 24 hours but he did it! He talked me through the whole process and told me what he was doing and when it would be safe for my family to swim! He was honest and transparent, but more importantly he got the job done! This week could have been ruined if it hadn’t been for Jeff! He could have said no but he gladly accepted the call and serviced the pool for me! I highly recommend Jeff and Murphy’s pool service! blue science pools did an excellent job building my pool. their pool service and maintenance are always top-notch—my pool stays sparkling and really clean, even during the hot and rainy days here in fort myers beach. colin was friendly and always kept me updated on the progress. the whole team was professional and helpful. the pool itself looks amazing and i get lots of compliments from neighbors. i also had them handle the paver installation, and everything turned out great—the patio looks beautiful and the water drains away well, even after those florida downpours. if you're thinking about getting a pool, i definitely recommend this company for both building and regular service.
