A post Ian rebuild: I can’t recommend this company enough for the phenomenal work they did designing and renovating an entire level of my home! They expertly handled every detail, from replacing 7 windows and a sliding glass door to installing stunning tile flooring throughout. The new walls and ceiling were flawlessly constructed, and they upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems with top-notch precision. The highlight is the exquisite tile shower, seamlessly integrated with a beautiful granite bathroom counter and sink, creating a luxurious feel. They also installed 5 new doors and used high-quality hardware, paints, and finishes for the walls, ceiling, and trim, with impeccable painting and caulking. We are so grateful to the owners, Cia and Ruby Pessotti and the Interiors Unlimited team for supporting us in so many ways with the rebuild of our condo after Hurricane Ian. Losing our primary residence posed many challenges for us as well as being an emotional roller coaster. Through it all the one bright light was knowing that we had a contractor we trusted, was accessible, who understood the situation on Fort Myers Beach and who we knew did quality work.
We are so impressed with the two of you as business owners and the team you have assembled to work for you. It is a tribute to you the number of skilled tradesmen who worked so respectfully in our unit, plus the professional office staff that assisted us thru design, budget and permitting. The systems you have in place, like the individualized project notebook that keeps everyone on the same page for each job is both clever and effective. Then to receive this book at the end of our rebuild containing all of our material selections and appliance manuals for our reference us was a true bonus.
Communication between team members is outstanding. No matter who you left a message with the message was delivered to the right person to assist and the called back timely.
We were amazed at the can-do attitude of everyone on the team. When we had a questions about about building code or a change order request the consistent message was, "Let us research that and get back to you" and they did. We were offered solutions, better than our own ideas which was fabulous.
Throughout the planning and construction process we were kept informed of pricing and signed off on all changes agreed upon. There were no financial surprises.

When we decided to do a major remodel in our Condo our biggest decision was to find the right designer and contractor. Well, we found both with Interiors Unlimited. We couldn't be happier with the Interiors team and the finished project. We first met with Ruby and Les and went over what we were looking to do. They helped us finalize building our plans. Ruby worked with us over the coarse of a few weeks to finalize our design, colors, materials and finishes. She was able to blend what we were thinking about with great ideas of her own. When it came time build, Caio and his team did a great job. From a total remodel of the master bath from top to bottom to gutting the kitchen. They removed a wall, refinished some of existing cabinets and adding new ones. They installed a new island, appliances, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical. All of the fits and finishes from the tile to counter tops, cabinets to wood work and paint and hardware turned out wonderful. Truly exceptional craftsmanship! Overall from to start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. We would do it all again with Ruby, Caio and the whole Interiors Unlimited team.

So very happy with our experience renovating our condo kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. From concept to design to implementation, Ruby and Caio and their team were responsive and transparent. Rubys advice and design suggestions were spot on and appreciated. She helped us with additional resources such as moving, temporary storage and disposal of unwanted items. Even though we could not be in Florida to monitor progress, they sent photos of the process. The construction was stress free and completely managed by their team. The finished product is beautiful; we are very pleased and will enjoy our time relaxing at the condo and are proud to share the space with visiting family and friends.

Totally 5-star experience! Ruby and her team did an amazing job of a complete remodel of our condo on Fort Myers Beach. Ruby was a pleasure to work with, her advice and expertise were spot on. Everything was completed on time and as promised. Her recommendations for additional resources necessary to complete the remodel (from storage to furniture to appliances) were all very positive experiences as well. Ruby was also very proactive when she learned that things were being backordered due to the pandemic, so ordered things early in order to get them in on time. We could not have been more thrilled with our experience with Ruby, and highly recommend Interiors Unlimited. We are totally in love with our newly remodeled condo.

The demolition and remodeling of our two condo bathrooms was recently completed by Interiors Unlimited on-time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent and we particularly enjoyed our relationship with Ruby from start to finish. She was excellent in helping us select the final product and finishes plus we were particularly pleased with how our vanity tops coordinated with the shower tiles. We recommend Interiors Unlimited without reservation and would use them again should the need arise.
