My experience with Alpha Foundations (Fort Myers, FL office) was terrific, every step of the way.
Salesman Chris McBride took time to answer all of my many questions and was extremely professional. The onsite technicians who actually did the work in a very tight space underneath my house (on a VERY hot day) were exceptional, and they knew exactly what to do in order to secure the foundation and joists under the 100-yo house.
They entire AF crew definitely under-promised and
over-performed, and I very highly recommend them to anyone considering Alpha Foundations' services.

This month I had to have a pool deck lifted and my one wall next to the pool deck stabilized as it showed cracking and beginning to pull away from the side of my home. I called Alpha Foundations and another company in early October. Neither at the time could get to me for almost a month due to IAN’s wrath. Alpha Foundations brought in teams from other states and I was able to get an estimate within two weeks. I went with them and am glad I did.

The first crew did the stabilization of my home foundation. They had to place 3 piers, two on the side of the house and the other inside at my pool deck and home. The team of three, Jake, Pete and Kenny were very courteous and explained what they would be doing. They were completely professional and did answer a few of my questions before beginning. While they were still working on the last pier, another member, Bob stopped by and was observing the work. He explained a few other things and while they were cleaning up showed a few things to me regarding the last pier. I was very impressed with their work ethics and thoroughness of the cleanup and putting back the material.

The second crew was only one, Sam. He lifted the pool deck and my sidewalk along the house. After Ian, the pool deck had dropped a good 1/4" to 1/2" in a few places close to my home wall that had the one pier installed. Sam explained what he was going to be doing before beginning and asked if I had any questions. I was good and watched at different times. Sam brought it to my attention that a few areas would not be able to be closed back as well due to the river rock material and being so close to the pool coping. Sam also ground down a few of those areas so there wouldn't be any tripping hazard. For the sidewalk it looks amazing and I am sure it cost me alot less than having it removed and concrected back. Sam did mention to me about the 1' area behind the sidewalk and dwelling wall that the area was soft and I should fill that in with some concrete or years down I would most likely have some problems.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that may have these types of issues. As matter of fact, my daughter will be having part of her driveway lifted as it has sunk at the corner of her garage door and is now getting water in everytime it rains hard.

I had estimates from multiple companies. These guys had the most scientific approach, decent price and quickly got to my house. They work hard, clean up well and deliver what they say without high pressure sales.

12.11. 24 update I had alpha back to stabilize my pool deck since they did a great job before. Sam and Jay were awesome. Explained everything and cleaned up perfectly. They are great guys with a great company!

Great company to work with they did a fantastic job on the leveling of my driveway was very pleased with the overall work. Thank you to Sam and Tom for doing a phenomenal job.

My first experience with Alpha foundations was a great one. David the sales guy met me and was very clear to what their capabilities were. No "smoke" and mirrors just logical thinking and honesty to how they might correct my pool deck issue. I didn't have a big costly job but when Sam and Preston showed up to do the work they took no less care with it. My pool deck at the coping was lifting and sinking just a little on the right side back to the footer. Preston made good work of digging out a place for the air bag under the footer and Sam then did his thing. They were respectful, neat, knowledgeble and logical to what my end goal was. As far as I'm concerned they nailed the job and now my deck won't sink more in the future. Thanks guys.

Such a breath of fresh air to find a company that has workers like Sam Martin and Malcolm S. who worked together as a team to fix our driveway and front walkway. They did what Juan said needed to be done to level both areas for us. The driveway was down almost 5 inches from the other part of the driveway. Would recommend this team!

Alpha team was so professional. They explained everything before we signed contract. The working team also showed us what they were doing while working. Cleaned up while working. We are very happy.

Luke came out and verified where the foundation issues were. Sam and Tom did a wonderful job with the process. Very informative with other issues with the house as well. Highly recommend this company.

The middle slab of my drive way has been showing alot of “varicose veins” and unfortunately the left side of this slab collapsed.
A neighbor had recently told us that some company can inject stuff (poly urethane) under the concrete and raise it up and seal it. My daughter went on line to find a company. Alpha Foundation had a lot of positive feedback so she text them with my info and they called right away. I was scheduled for the following day.
I got a phone call from Troy he was on his way, then text message that he arrived.
He introduced himself, gave me a little info of himself and the company. Asked me a few questions then said he was going to check out the driveway take lots of pictures and measurements then we would sit down and go over everything.
And we did. He was very knowledgeable, and I truly believe he loves what he does. He explained and showed me videos on the effects of rain, sun and the effects of what goes on under the driveway. He also showed me a video how the poly they inject underground lifted up a set of stairs. Very cool.
He did the numbers and gave me the quote right away. ( was impressed)
I signed to have the varicose veins slab addressed first which was reasonable priced and they begin next week!
So I’ll post after this is completed.

Great experience! I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations and specifically the team that serviced my home for foundation repairs. Dylan and Sam were my technicians who came out to the actual installation and lifting for my home. They were on time, very professional, communicative, advised me throughout the process, and worked hard to complete my job quickly. I am very pleased with their work and the overall experience. Dylan and Sam were so nice and even let me know that I could call them back if I had any future issues. I can't say enough and was so glad to have great customer service and polite and knowledgable professionals working on my project for a change. I would highly recommend them!

UPDATE:
I needed Alpha Foundations to come out and adjust my floor joist screw jacks that they installed previously. Jayson and Malcom came out to reinspect and adjust 2 screw jacks and they did a great job. They actually ended up re-working the originally installed jacks so that they were more stable and then they were able to adjust the level of the sub-floor above. While we didn't get all the way to perfectly level, they did the best they could and I am happy with the experience and would recommend them. It is very refreshing to have a genuinely good customer service experience for a change!

Kevin and Tom came out today to fix our slab issues and they nailed it!! These guys are a great team, and I feel confident that we will be using them in the future. It was a severe pleasure!!!

Troy at Alpha was great. He came out and did some assessments and was honest that the work needed was out of their scope and didn’t try to push any services that I didn’t need. Would call again if I had any suspected foundation issues.

I have been using Alpha Foundations for the past couple of years to repair my concrete driveway. My latest experience was great with this organization. Hector who gave me the estimate was on time and very courteous.
Sam and Tom the two gentlemen who repaired the driveway were on time and repaired everything in a timely manner. They kept me informed about the repair and cleaned up the area before they departed.

Sam & Tom were here today to do our project. They were very respectful, they enjoyed our puppy and they did a fantastic job. They were very informative and asked if we had any questions to just ask them. We'll definitely refer the company to anyone who needs work done. Sam and Kevin were very professional. They stayed late to finish the job. Sam and Kevin cleaned up as they went and ensured all the air gaps under the areas where they worked were filled.

Every one was prompt friendly and did a great job. Showed me the financial adjustments to the project on site when changes had to be made.

We had contemplated getting the crawlspace under our house encapsulated for a while. We finally did it and I cannot tell you what a difference it has made in just a few days. HUGE thank you to Josh, Sam and Janus who were INCREDIBLE, they did such an amazing job with our install, were always on time, super communicative and FAST!!
