I don’t even know where to begin with the gratitude and sincere appreciation I have Karen Pavelka with Titan. I have only positive things to say from start to finish. My husband and I purchased a beautiful but very run down Bed & Breakfast in Fort Myers. Needed some serious TLC and we don't live in the area and we would be taking this project on living a significant distance away. I was referred to Titan by my contractor back home and this is how I meet Karen. Immediately she made me feel like I was in good hands. She got my vision and took on the responsibility of overseeing every inch of this protect. She most certainly went above and beyond. She saw to it that no little detail was missed. She was in constant communication with me and reassured me things would get down when I would feel like something wasn’t right. Karen made sure to come up with solutions when we hit rough spots. Gave us suggestions and didn't cut corners. I’m truly grateful we reached out to Titan but extremely blessed to have been able to work directly with Karen on this project. Our property looks night and day. The community has experienced gratitude that we fixed up the property up . We would highly recommend Titan for any contractor needs and highly recommend Karen as the project manager. Hope to work with them and Karen on our next project! These projects are never easy, unexpected issues always come up but when you work with professional experienced people, it makes it so much easier to deal with this issues.

These ppl seemed very nice came out to my house two months ago evaluated all the issues associated with my home owners insurance claim and damages as well as other issues with my new build house. They told me they would help me out and give me two extensive separate quotes one for the insurance damages one for the entirety of issues wrong with my new build for legal purposes. They seemed great and honorable ppl months later they never sent anything never finalized the quote, I waited on them and still no update no word got the run around multiple times after contacting them. Do yourself a favor and go with people who value your business and who will actually communicate with you.

Have used this group in the past - asked them back to hang a TV and some ceiling fans. They were GREAT - Dusty was extremely efficient. Pricing was more than fair; quality of work was excellent. Will use them again!!

Titan was an awesome company. Michael the project manager was extremely involved in all aspects of the work. Her designs and suggestions were spot on. She checked in regularly and made sure the team was installing per her design and instructions. The attention to detail was incredible and very much appreciated. Would recommend Titan and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Titan contracting is an amazing company. We are an electrical company and we had a customer that was taken advantage of by other companies. So she couldn’t afford another bill and have her panel changed out. Titan paid for all the material for this lady and she did not have to pay once cent. Thanks to our friends at Titan for helping our customer.
