This group did a great job. Work was done in a timely fashion and at a good price. All of the workers were polite and professional. They were able to complete job in less time than estimated. I would highly recommend this contractor for further work.

This company left us in a terrible position. They massively underbid a scope of work for our Remodel Loan, signed all the paperwork to have our loan processed. They had put in the contract that I would do the demo and then they would start the work. I did the demo and then the week after they walked away from the job, stating that they were not going to take a loss, and that they do not want to work with the remodel loan as they had just done one on another job and it was a headache. Now almost 2 years later I still have a demo'd kitchen/master bath and I am trying to find a contractor that will commit to the entire scope of work that this company created and then abandoned. Very disappointed. I suppose most specifically it was the estimator that put us in this position and I understand that they are no longer there. We however did not get support from the ownership after they learned of the difficulty of our situation.

Gemini did a great job painting our house. Andres was great about communicating when they would be here and helped right away when anything was needed. I would definitely recommend Gemini and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Gemini Construction was an excellent company to work with. They came in to fix some damage to my house including paint and drywall. The work was done in a craftsmanlike manner and on time. Because of this I had them paint the outside walls. Issac, the Foreman was more than helpful and went far beyond his efforts to provide service.

I contracted Gemini Contractors to replace Hardi Board siding on my home and for all exterior wood repairs, & to paint the entire exterior of our home. Also to add window trim to all our windows, its beautiful now😊

Attention to detail was outstanding, his staff from siding replacement to woodworkers the paint where all very neat organized and very efficient. I could not be happier with all the work they put into our home. I would rate them a 10 Star but the rating only goes to five star unfortunately 😊

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! We hired them to do a remodel. They installed our vinyl floor incorrectly, the drywall is wavy and the seams are coming undone, we are missing baseboards, the paint was never finished, we trip breakers every single day, etc. It has been over 3 years since we hired them and we still can't pass final inspection. We have called ,texted, emailed dozens of times with no response at all. We hired a floor inspector who wrote "this is one of the most hacked up jobs I've ever seen!" They actually tried to nail the floor to a concrete subfloor, then when the nails bent, they just left them! We have gotten quotes from 2 other contractors to fix and finish the job. Both have expressed utter shock at the poor workmanship. Both contractors encouraged us to sue Gemini since it's contractors like them who give the rest of them a bad reputation. The cheapest bid to fix and finish their mess is almost 150 thousand. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR, THEY ARE THIEVES!

Great company. The guys were professional, quick, and friendly. They fixed up our ceilings after the hurricane damage. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We hired Gemini to paint the interior of our home. From the consultation with Isaac through the work completed by Luis and his crew, our experience with Gemini was amazing. Luis and his crew were EXCELLENT to work with. They were all personable and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the colors, the coverage, and the final result (which, by the way, was GORGEOUS). They took care of all of our furniture--which was no small feat as we had just moved in and had boxes everywhere! The made sure the house was spotless at the end of each workday--even sweeping the floors when they were finished to make sure they hadn't tracked in anything (I have 5 kids--I am sure what they were sweeping up was my kids' mess!) I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The pricing Isaac quoted was reasonable and beat out the other highly rated contractors in the area. If I could give them more stars I would!

We originally wanted Gemini to paint our newly purchased coach home. When we met with the owner, he informed us that his company could do so much more. At our request, they installed vinyl floors in our three bedrooms, painted the entire house, installed new lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house, and tiled the lanai. At every step of the projects, the workers were extremely professional and the work performed was to absolute perfection. We have referred Gemini to our friends and family and they also had similar positive experiences. Highly recommend.

Gemini contractors were awesome. We received a few quotes, but Isaac was the only one who was willing to take care of everything including removing some mirrors that were glued to the wall. The crew was great and very efficient. I'm hiring them again to do our guest bathroom and outdoor bar.

I have waited a longtime to post this review and hoping that nobody has signed a contract with them in the last few months. To say their workmanship is poor would be a compliment it is so subpar. They will tell you they are honest and they are not. We hired them after Hurricane Ian and had 4 job superviors, David, Isaac, Manny, Andres and one was as bad as the other. They won’t tell you when you can expect workers or supplies since they use someone else’s money to pay for your job. My home is destroyed … my waterfall island is crooked off by three inches. Our shower floor not sloped properly has a belly and now floods bathroom, drywall finish is really poor- you can see tape, LVP floors are coming up everywhere and they tried to fix by using gorilla glue and did put not down a moisture barrier. The doors they installed don’t fit properly and air escapes and they stick. When I called them back four times to fix items they say I was nasty, and I ruined my house… funny I made my island crooked. They don’t honor their warranty. An overall awful contractor who should not have a license. Oh and they will threaten you with a definition lawsuit for what? Telling the truth. Please don’t make the same mistake several of us have made. DO NOT HIRE GEMINI.
UPDATE They post a comment that these people did not work there but yet Andres and Isaac do… please read other reviews here these names are mentioned in other posts and this just proves that they are not being transparent. Also read the review from Manuel … he was an employee and they wish him well in their reviews. DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!

Gemini Contractor was hired to paint the inside of a home my husband and I just purchased. The transformation was amazing. They painted walls and woodwork throughout the home. From my first phone call with David, to the help of Guillermo, they made the experience so easy and pleasant. Juan and the guys did a superb job, and I look forward to hiring them again in the future. Overall the experience was professional, quick, and the end result was fantastic!
