Take a 30 year old home and make it brand new again from top to bottom. That was the task assigned to and accepted by Rorie Wilson & Ernie Stuart of Superior Construction Group. They were partnered up with Pam Holschuh of Copperleaf Design on what could only be called a total re-build.

This dynamic duo of companies did not disappoint. This was our grandparent’s house and such was the reason for our desire to bring the home back to new glory. While the exterior footprint remained largely unchanged the interior was changed dramatically. Most every interior wall was removed/moved. Between Copperleaf’s fabulous design skills and Rorie & Ernie’s eye and demand for detail we no doubt were going to get what we envisioned. As with any extensive remodel, there were several unplanned challenges, but the Copperleaf and Superior Construction teams nailed it! They were easy to work with and communicated well with us throughout the project.

We could not be happier with the results of our choice in this team of professionals. Were you to visit the home it would be hard for you to believe that it was not brand new. It was not only us that thought so, as both companies were recognized and awarded in two separate trade magazines. To both companies, well done & THANK YOU!

Last May we left our Florida home family room and kitchen for total remodeling by Superior Construction Group while we returned to New England for the summer. From our initial visit with them to the completed project, they exceeded our expectations in every phase of the project. They were helpful with designing the space, and selecting cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures and paint colors. Every step of the way, Rorie Wilson, Manager and Jacque Sutton, Designer were available for consultation and interfacing with the workmen on the job. We took a trip back to Florida in July to check on the project and were pleased with the progress. When we returned in October there were a few “punch list” items which they took care of to our satisfaction. The finished project is amazing!! We would use this company again and will recommend them to others!!

My wife and I hired Superior Construction for a master bath remodel and will be hiring them again for our guest bath remodel. From the get go we found Rorie, Jacque and the entire crew to be professional, responsive and completed the work in a timely fashion. The entire experience was a pleasure and Jacque made sure everything was completed on time and that the quality of the workmanship met her's and our very high standards. Superior Construction Group truly lives up to their name and our expectations. Our 1975 home needed total renovation after extensive water damage. Working with Rory we were able to redesign our home to meet the needs of the way we utilize our well-loved but out-of-date spaces. We were away for the summer when our Coach Home experienced a water leak resulting in extensive damage. The mold remediation company gutted the unit. Superior Construction did an amazing job rebuilding our home. Rorie Wilson communicated with us throughout the process and made recommendations that saved us money without cutting corners. We are very happy with the outcome and level of service for our tile floor replacement and master bath remodel. The process was smooth, the attention to detail was great and the level of communication was so helpful.as Jacque and Alfie at Superior moved the project to completion. We hired Superior Construction to rebuild our home after Hurricane Ian. From our first meeting with Rorie, the President, and Matthew, the Design & Project Manager, we felt that we were in good hands. Not only did they made us feel very comfortable, they both are very professional and friendly. During the design phase, Matthew provided us with various options and guided us in selections of colors and materials. As the project moved into the construction phase, they continued to be professional, timely, responsive, and willing to assist us as needed. During the six months of restoration, we were very pleased with the selection of materials, timelines, coordination, and workmanship and they ensured that their high standards continued through with the subcontractors. We cannot say enough good things about Superior Construction. The interior of our home suffered damage from Hurrican Ian. Our project started with Jessica and Rorie. We appreciated the attention to all the many details that were addressed in their quote. Jessica was in contact with us throughout the project. Timelines were met. John was so knowledgeable about everything!!! Byran and Dave were meticulous. The drywall crew was amazing. Yosamel, our painter, oh my gosh, he and his assistant did a phenomenal job. EVERYONE, from the Superior employees to the subcontractors they used, were the best of the best. So professional, courteous and just truly wonderful people. Jessica was so patient and understanding as we put through a couple of change orders. The change orders were due to our being so happy with the work being done, we requested more of them. We recently completed a whole house interior remodeling with Superior and my wife and I could not be happier. We had an outstanding experience using Superior Construction Group for the re-build of our home on Sanibel Island, post Hurricane Ian. The entire team, beginning with the owner, Rorie, to our project manager, Jacque, to our construction manager Tim-all were great. My wife and I are big on relationship building and communication. Those three did a super job in both of those categories. In fact, we developed a strong friendship with the team. Much of our time was in Michigan while our home was restored. The team was consistently in communication with emails, texts, photos, and phone calls. All were so appreciated, including the numerous recommendations. Their on-site work team was very conscientious, attentive and took pride in their work. Likewise, their selected sub-contractors took the same approach as the Superior Team. We highly recommend Superior. In fact, we are already working with them on project number two, thanks to some damage incurred from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. They were our first call!!

Superior converted a sitting room/gym into a bedroom by creating a walk-in closet and adding pocket doors. In addition, they converted our powder room into a full bathroom. Jessica and her team helped us select materials too. We are extremely satisfied with the results. The quality of the work is excellent. In addition, their estimate was very precise, and they provided detailed accounting / billing. They communicated very well throughout the entire process. Had a wonderful experience with Jackie, Tim, Carlos, and the rest of the at Superior. She started with helping us plan what we wanted, as we had never done a renovation this size.

The Team made suggestions along the way that we had never thought about. They were immaculate, protecting our flooring (and the rest of the condo) and cleaned everything when they left the condo every day.

Let me first start out by saying our house was hit by two hurricanes in two years. Each time it entailed a great deal of reconstruction. This time we were encouraged to give Superior Construction a call. From the beginning, we were treated with respect and caring. Everyone that we dealt with was honest and helpful. We felt we were in good hands. The work they performed was exemplary and they listened to any concerns we had and dealt with them immediately. Superior Construction Company came to our rescue when we had been through several months of uncertainty and stress that was out of our control. I knew when Rorie, Jessica, John, and Alfie came to our house for the first meeting, that everything was going to be ok, and our project was finally in good hands after such a long stressful road. We had not had the use of our master shower area for nearly 7 months. Superior and their whole team could not have been more professional and respectful to us and our home, their workmanship and quality was excellent, and they even provided us with a designer in which made the decisions picking out my materials that much easier and less overwhelming in a very stressful situation. I have worked with Superior Construction and Rorie Wilson on three different projects and had a great experience in all three of them. The most recent project was a complete custom kitchen remodeling, master bathroom upgrade and master bedroom wallcovering.

There are not enough words to describe our pleasure of the workmanship and professional nature of this company. But I will try! Superior Construction came in where the mold remediation company left off. The mold was removed and the house treated and cleared - but at the loss of walls, cabinets, floors throughout the entire house.

Superior construction came in and rebuilt all the walls, installed new windows, sliders, new cabinets. They built an entirely new kitchen. All the bathrooms have new cabinets. In today’s market it has become quite the feat to acquire new windows and cabinets in record time. On top of all that they repaired and restored the exterior of the house too and then painted it inside and out.

They made it so easy. Being out of state leaving it all in the hands of someone else wasn’t an easy avenue to take. But they made it that way for us. They handled the house as their own and talked us through every step of the way. Communications were excellent and questions were answered.

The end result was great! The house has a new life! And new owners! It has always been a beautiful home, now it is again! Words are not enough, but they are a start! We highly recommend Superior Construction - again and again. And we thank them so very much.

Superior Construction Group completed three projects at our house over the last year or so. This included a main bathroom, a small bar and diagnosis of a chronic water leak root cause that repeatedly caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. All work was professionally completed against an agreed schedule and the budgets were fair. In particular the water leak was something two other contractors couldn’t resolve. We were very pleased with SCG including project management and communication. We highly recommend!
