Even though we live off island, we had Tri-Town Construction do some work on our condo. We originally worked with another company that was horrible and hard to deal with. Tri-Town Construction was much easier to deal with and got the job requested done.

We used Tri-Town Construction to put in a large sliding glass door. This involved tearing out the wall, window and old door. It also required engineering and permitting. They took care of everything. The work was outstanding and it looks like it has always been there. We were very pleased. Recently we had a stucco repair required after the hurricane. They came right over and got it done. Tanda and Steven are great to work with

Highly recommend Tri-Town to complete your renovation project. They were so professional, so reliable, so patient with our many questions, and assured us that the project will be completed without any problems. Their pricing were so reasonable. Tri-Town Construction remodeled our Yoga Studio. They did a fantastic job and we constantly get complements on the look of it. Tri-Town Construction helped us pick out paint, flooring, counter tops, layout tips and more through their design center of trusted brands that they partner with.

My experience with Tri-Town was terrible. After our condo was flooded from Hurricane Ian, they sent a crew hastily hired from out-of-state to tear out the water-soaked drywall. After a day and a half of work, during which they damaged many items and used our bathrooms instead of the porta-potties even though we had no water service, my wife fired them. They then fraudulently billed our HOA's insurance settlement fund for doing the whole job rather than a small portion of it. I have complained many times to Tri-Town about this treatment, but they have done nothing. From my experience with the company, I consider them to be untruthful and untrustworthy.

I see that Marc has tried to deflect my criticism of Tri-Town, not with any substantive explanation nor any attempt to correct his mistakes, but with the claim that I am a fake person. i signed a work authorization contract with Tri-Town originally and rescinded it a day and a half after i saw what kind of a mess they were making of our condo. I remain unconvinced that I am a fake person, and so should you. Marc's claim that our HOA mis-appropriated our money and gave it to his company when they did not earn it is true. However, he has made no effort to return it.

Tri Town Construction is the most Amazing company to work with. Would recommend Tritown Construction for anyone looking to build their dream home! Owner is super easy to work with & staff was god sent.

We hired Tri-Town to redo our roof after Hurricane Ian. The initial sales person was great but then he left the company. It was a touch rocky after that until Bert was hired and took over the job. Once he took over he handled everything quickly and efficiently and got the job done in no time. We recently had an inspection due to selling the home and the inspector found 2 shingles that needed replaced. I contacted Bert and he had someone out the next day to fix the issue. If you use this company for your roof ask for Bert and he will treat you well! You won't be disappointed.

Great company to work with! Marc was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. They worked very hard to work within our budget and had some terrific ideas when working through the design phase of our complete remodel. After meeting Dominique with Tri Town Construction she walked us around a new remodel job needing interior trim and cabinetry supplied and installed. She had multiple trades asking questions and she was able to maintain her center and keep all of contractors on task walking the job. Dominique with Tri-Town was wonderful to work with. We are in Indiana and the project was on Ft Myers Beach. She kept me well informed. I never felt out of the loop. She was very personable while still being professional.

I was lucky enough to rescind my contract with them after watching their incompetence for 5 days in our neighborhood after they were good with words but very poor with actions. As with all the one star reviews he will deny this is real but take note that there are no reviews in between which makes me wonder where the reviews are coming from. And I’m positive they will keep coming. Easy to do. BEWARE!! If you really want to know a true opinion of his work after Ian come to Shadow Wood Preserve/Bay Woods Lake Dr or Bay Woods Lake Court across from Ninos Pizza and asked half our neighbors who were unfortunate NOT to get out of their contract. I believe light shines over darkness and if this guy does not change his ways his practices will catch up with him. What happened to our neighbors was HEARTBREAKING. If you want a reference please knock on any one of our doors here. It’s easy to learn what to say to make people trust you. Even talks about scammers. Hmmm!! If you choose to do business with this guy make sure you get an itemized contract. I have never experienced anything like this but certainly learned a lot

Super responsive! Sometimes it’s difficult in FL to find someone who will do what they said plus communicate with you throughout. Tri-Town is customer first and i wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your build or project! The quality is the best. The communication is the best. Exceptional experience!

It is so important to do your homework and to ask questions, because there are times when asking too many questions, leads to the perfect relationship. I drilled Tanda at Tri Town before beginning my project and had many complexities involved in my build. I wanted to use fiberglass rebar, pre-cast concrete, intumescent paint, hidden stairwell, and some very unique features in my project and knew that not just any builder could execute these things. Can I just say, “WOW”! She has a way of truly connecting and understanding a person. I’ve now witnessed this multiple times between Tanda and others that I have sent her way, and seen her with the team. She was able to guide me both creatively and knowledgeably throughout the entire process. She introduced to us to her team during the process and again, lead with ease and the whole team was incredible to work with. I plan to build again and am making my way to LaBelle for a new multi-family project within the coming future and have NO doubts after such a stellar experience, I will be contacting Tri-Town Construction, and would follow Tanda in whatever direction she guides me. High praise and High Five to an incredible company! I will also say, you truly get what you pay for. Building is not what it used to be as far as cost is concerned. I had visions of $125 a square foot. Don’t we all. Times have changed but Tri Town was honest and informative the entire process. Tanda educated me, didn’t price gouge me, and we had everything decided prior to permitting so there were no surprises during construction. I even made sure to ask around. They definitely aren’t the most expensive around by a long shot but instead pricing was based on my needs and wants, not a one size fits all square foot deal, leaving a lot of unknowns later to deal with. Again, knowledge is powerful stuff and I gained a ton thanks to them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Tri-Town Construction on the remodel of my 6 units on Fort Myers Beach. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — I always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by helping with material selections, coordinating with the town, and even managing communication with outside contractors. Everything was handled professionally, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and experienced construction team in the area!
