I hired Olde Florida Contracting to do an outdoor kitchen at my home. They were very available when called, agreeable to our wants & wishes, prompt and efficient about keeping the ball rolling. The finished product looks amazing!! The hardest/longest part of the process was getting the permit from the county. Working with Olde Florida Contracting was the smoothest experience dealing with a contractor on a project I’ve ever had.
My residential property was flooded from a storm surge during Hurricane Ian. After reaching out to several contractors who couldn’t provide any detailed estimates for the rebuild, we found Olde Florida Contracting. Jake Carter came out and we discussed what needed done, including a number of upgrades we wanted to make. Subsequently, I was presented with a very detailed estimate for the project, which I found to be very budget-friendly.
Olde Florida’s subcontractors did excellent work and were scheduled efficiently by Jake to minimize downtime. As a result, the project was completed in an expeditious period of time. The entire team at Olde Florida Contracting were exceptional to deal with, the quality of the construction was excellent, and the project pricing was reasonable and accurate.
Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Olde Florida Contracting to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional general contractor.

From the moment we walked into their office I knew we were in the right place. Our previous builder went bankrupt and we were in a tough place. Clayton Contracting did a remodel on my house. Very timely and detail oriented. Vito was born and raised in Cape Coral and has been exposed to the construction industry all his life. An Eagle Scout and FGCU graduate that is working hard to support his young family. You will not be disappointed.

Vito and his crew at Clayton Contracting are committed to excellence in their work at a competitive price. They installed a new metal roof, repaired the soffit and installed new gutters that were damaged from the hurricane. I wouldn't hesitate using them again if the need arises.

I would like to acknowledge the superior roofing services Clayton Contracting provided to us following hurricane Ian. Within a week after Ian, they had secured our severely damaged roof to prevent further water intrusion, thereby allowing us to continue living in our home. Then, upon our insurance approval, they provided us with a beautiful complete re-roof within days. Highly capable and professional people with very reasonable pricing. Five stars all the way!

All in all this was an excellent experience. I needed some roofing repair work and Clayton was recommended by a local interior designer. The company called the evening before to make sure it was ok to come out the next day. They started first thing and somehow managed to get everything done in one day (I was really expecting it to take longer). Everything was done thoroughly and professionally, they were very courteous and responsive to my questions and best of all, did a fabulous job of cleaning up afterwards which is unusual and was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Vito and his guys at Clayton Contracting and will continue to rely on them myself.

I would highly recommend Vito and his roofing crew at Clayton Contracting. After Hurricane Ian we had a lot of damage and we had them fix everything. We got a new standing seam metal roof, gutter repair, stucco repair, soffit and fascia repair, new outside light installed, and drywall damage on ceiling and they painted too. We were very happy with all the repairs and they were done in a timely manner, professional and at a fair price!
