I use to have respect for George. I know him personally, so this is difficult to write. I asked him to do I few things for me and he ultimately screwed me over in every way.

At first his work was wonderful wonderful and I recommend him to everyone. He did an exceptional job on our cage and outside house. He hung cabinets in my laundry room and shelving in my garage. He then said he could redo my kitchen cabinets. I so e pected something wonderful. It was so bad. He came back 4 or 5 times to fix it and never did. Unfortunately, my husband paid. I was so looking forward to my new kit Gen. There are still do many many things that are wrong. He had been totally unresponsive in the last several months.

Installed screen after building the frame. Screen was loose and substandard. Called twice and only got one woman and one man who spoke no English to come for the repair. They did nothing to fix the screens~~~ I had to spend an additional $3500 to get a contractor to replace all the screen and two hydraulic door closures that failed. I finally had to install the door closures myself. Terrible customer service!! They hire substandard subcontractors!! Terrible!! Never use them again!!! The Scheduler (a woman was rude and hung up on me!!) I never said the office didn't have English speaking people. It was the worker that came out to do the repairs!!

From the estimation, until the job was done, we were nothing but satisfied! 3G offered the best price and Alex was very professional by answering all of our questions right away. So glad we chose 3G and will continue to refer them to our friends and family!!!
