Superior Construction Group have become a second family to us. Over the years, they have completed multiple projects at our home on Sanibel Island, including our Hurricane Ian rebuild. My wife and I never have a worry knowing Rorie and his team are taking care of the house. Jacque, Jessica, the crew...they're all incredible! The craftsmanship is top-notch, the attention to detail is real, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. I’m someone who notices the little things—and they do too. They consistently go above and beyond what you expect and it certainly shows.

We used Superior to reconstruct our primary residence after Hurricane Ian flooded it in September 2022. Our home looks more beautiful than before! Tim the supervisor managed the team of workers well and was very responsive to answering text questions. He kept the workers to the agreed upon deadline. We used Superior again in 2025 when our secondary home sustained some heavy rain damage/mold. On the 2nd project we worked exclusively with Jessica who was great! She was very responsive to texts with questions. She diligently helped find a solution to a paint color problem we had. The previous owner had used multiple paint colors to create a custom color on the baseboards, door and trim. We wanted to use the same color and had no paint colors to go by. Jessica worked with the painter to create a color almost identical to what was previously there. We appreciated her patience as she had the painter experiment with colors. We would choose Superior again for any remodeling needs!

Superior Construction has been our general contractor with four large renovation projects over the past eight years. In every instance, we found Rorie, Jacque, Tim and the entire team to be responsive, accommodating and thorough in all aspects of the job, from start to finish.

Their workmanship is impeccable. Everyone who has come to our home has been extremely professional, warm and friendly. We cannot say enough how pleased we are to have been their clients. Superior is a true treasure.

We had a great experience working with superior construction. Jacque was amazing and did most of the designing. She truly brought everything together beautifully. Communication was excellent from start to finish. When they said they would show up, they did, and any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. All the construction workers were courteous and respectful, which made the process even better. A clear timeline was created, and followed through, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Overall, our experience was very positive and we would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction work.

We were referred to Superior Construction during the planning process for a refrigerated wine enclosure in our home. The work performed by the team at Superior was flawless and the outcome speaks for itself. On time, within budget constraints, trusted workers and fun to work with a spectacular outcome!

As a real estate agent here in SWFL, I often work with and refer contractors to my clients. I sold this property to the owners just before Hurricane Ian and played a key role in helping them get it back to the dream home they purchased it as.

The home suffered a wide range of damage from the storm that affected many parts of the home, needing the services of nearly every trade. We met with no less than 15 owners and ultimately selected Superior Construction. Their price was in the middle range of the others we were considering, but Rorie stood out when it came to knowledge. He had an in-depth and technical answer for some of the complex questions and scenarios we were faced with on this project.

Things were scheduled well in advance and stayed on track, for the most part. When something unexpected did arise, Rorie and his team were able to adjust the plan as needed without extreme delay or headache. The next time I have clients in need of a contractor, I will certainly be sending them to Superior Construction.

Best place to get remodels on your home

Very disappointed. Had 3 meetings, two with Rodney, one with Michelle for design and chose fixtures, tiles, etc
then never heard back with prices or heard further. Totally wasted our time.

Great company! They came and did a small job for me but will consider them when I paint my home again. No job too small!!

These people are amazing. They offer personal service and are very responsive. Their showroom is beautiful and they have quality products. The designers have great taste and really work to get you the look you want. Everything exceeded my expectations. Fabulous team at professionals.

I can't say enough about the care and professionalism show by the workers of this company, starting with Jose, who performed the initial estimate. Their bid was not the cheapest, but after spending an hour with Jose, it was clear their bid would add the most value to our home. His attention to detail was incredible and he found a way to tell us what he could/would do instead of what he couldn't/wouldn't do like the other painting company estimator did.

The painters were incredibly skilled, professional, punctual, helpful, honest and their attention to detail exceed any I've seen. Antonio, Miranda & Elio immediately started work when they walked through the door every single day and worked continuously for 10 hours, hardly stopping to eat. If you want to feel comfortable about having a painting crew in your home, this is the one.

When they finished, the result was amazing. I give my highest recommendation to this company and this crew.

This review is solely on customer service. I received a quote from them. When I called to schedule I was told I had to pay the full amount prior to them scheduling the job. When I told the guy I did not feel comfortable with that he was extremely rude and said “I was doing you a favor, do it yourself then.” Luckily I found another company with excellent customer service to complete the job.

They did a fantastic job of repairing and replacing columns and stucco at our complex, then repainted it all. They went above and beyond and we are all so pleased with the results. Thank you so much.

Northern Contracting's workers were polite, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the entire exterior pairing process. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and when we had questions, their responsiveness was quick and on point. The craftsmanship of the team of painters on our project was exceptional!

I had been dealing with an extremely foul odor inside and outside of my doorway for days. I contacted the managing company and could not determine the source. Mike from Northern contracting came to check the situation and within 10 minutes determined the problem. Not only did he find the problem he also eliminated the mess. Mike,we can not thank you enough, and recommend you to anyone who needs an honest answer on home related issues.
