Very nice development. Great job on landscaping.

If your a fan of old school workmanship this is your spot. The owner is hands on with decades of experience and backs up his work with a generous warranty. This was my first time here and will not be my last. BTW, his pricing is much lower than the Corporate Shops.

Beautiful! My boyfriend bought our family a home there on our first tour of the gated community. If you want a villa (townhome) or don't mind close neighbors then the villas are the way to go because they're EXQUISITE! We however wanted to live in a detached so we look at the DR Horton homes. Although NOWHERE near as luxurious as the villas (built by a different builder) we truly fell in love with the house we looked at! We all are so excited to close on and move into our new DR Horton home!

I recently purchased a home from Christopher Alan Homes and would like to start by saying that the personal that works there are awesome. However the entire experience was not the best. The first issue I had was that the construction process took over a year longer than I was originally told. When finally received the home there was a lot of issues with the new home. The paint job was horrible it appears they hired several 5 years old to paint the home. I also pay for the entire home to be tiled. The person who completed the tile this was his first job. There several places the tile is not level and the grout is already coming off. None of the outlets sit flush with the wall. All the doors would not closed since they were installed wrong. One of the biggest issued I had is that none of the windows were framed correctly and all the windows have different measurements. And they don't believe in give the customer a clean house and is was disgustingly dirty. This are only some of the issues if I named them all I'll be typing a 4 page paper.

I appreciate the acknowledgement of my comments how ever if is truly the owner you should be concerned about the low customer satisfaction. I did what you recommended and attempted a warranty claim. If you want to know how it went please give me a call is the same one you have on file. I'll be more than glad to let you know. -
We have purchased our house a year ago, one week before Ian made landfall. We came to see it for the first time two weeks later and were beyond surprised how well it was built to withstand this monster of a storm.
We have been dealing with Elisabeth who was extremely professional and helpful. Being almost 1400 miles away from our new house, Elisabeth kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was sending us pictures with updates and emails explaining which stage we were at. Thank you for helping us make our dream come true. -
We closed on our new construction home March 28, 2023. Just went through Hurricane Milton in North Port, Fl. No damage whatsoever!! Not even a single shingle came off our roof. We are so very thankful our home stood up to this storm. Thank you Christopher Alan Home Builder!!

Great experience. The house was about 90% finished when we saw it for sale, and after we had an agreement in place they moved in a timely fashion to get everything completed. They even made us aware of pricing discounts that were available- which we didn't expect. For the price point of the home, the quality was better than typical "builder's grade"- including the brand of appliances, - and during the final walk thru they identified various things for the punch list that we didn't initially see. There was a little bit of a delay in getting some of those items resolved, but this seemed to be more related to the availability of the subs they used. Their title company also did a great job, and everyone was friendly and professional. We love our FL home!

My husband and I closed on our Christopher Alan home this past May. We are very happy with our home and very thankful for it! It hasn’t t been easy though, we are trying to get used to our new life here in Florida coming from California. With all that said, we wanted to let Christopher Alan know of their exceptional employee Allison Schlake at your sales center! What a complete delight she has been to us and continues to be for us with our big move here to Babcock Ranch!
She’s professional, kind, thoughtful, warm, funny, caring, energetic, with a bubbly personality that we love! The perfect person to be the first face you see as you walk in the model to decide on a home!
Anytime we have a question or need help she is always willing and there for us! She’s like having family right down the street. We feel we made a lifetime friend! Thank you Christopher Alan for a wonderful home and a forever friend, Allison Schlake! 🥰 -
My husband and I initially visited Babcock Ranch just to explore the area and have lunch at a local restaurant. We decided to take a look at some model homes, and that’s when we not only fell in love with Christopher Alan Homes but also with Allie. Her professionalism, politeness, and extensive knowledge of the builders and the homes were nothing short of incredible, but after meeting Allie, I said to my husband, “If we ever move, we’re buying a house from her.”
Fast forward a few weeks later: we drove two and a half hours from our home in Miami back to Babcock Ranch, this time with my mom in tow. She wanted to see the neighborhood we had raved about, and the moment she met Allie at the sales center, she echoed our feelings. Allie’s warm attitude, patience, and thoroughness in answering every question were beyond impressive. She took us around in a golf cart to view several spec homes, and by the end of the tour, my mom was asking how to make an offer!
As a lifelong Miami resident, I never thought I’d consider moving elsewhere, but Allie made the entire experience so seamless and welcoming that we not only bought one home—we bought two beautiful homes in Creekside Run, built by Christopher Alan.
Allie’s professionalism and dedication are unmatched, and we are forever grateful for her guidance in helping us find our dream homes. Not only did we find the perfect place to live, but I’ve also made a friend for life in Allie. -
This company built a home next to mine. In the process, one of their sub contractors dug up the drain line to my water system and instead of notifying me they tied off the line keeping it from draining and caused my pump to burn up. When I contacted them and sent a picture of what had been done they came back offering 1/4 of what I paid to repair the system. They claimed that none of the subs would own up to it and that’s the best they can do without more pictures of the area before the work was done. When I told them I would be going to the Building Department to file a complaint they bumped it up to half of my costs. When I told them I’m not trying to negotiate and that I wanted the complete repair costs, they went silent. I have lived here for over 6 years and never had an issue until now. They do not take responsibility for their workers actions so if they build a home near your property, apparently you need to be responsible for taking before and after pictures yourself. I work in the construction field and regardless of who actually does the damage, the building contractor is responsible for it.

It’s basic cookie cutter house company. Couldn’t expect much, and didn’t expect much purchasing a home through them. A lot of half a** work, lack of customer service for warranty issues. They only half way fix repairs, when they do answer you. Completing a job should include painting the area they just torn up and redid, but nope. Take your car to a tire shop to have a flat tire repaired just not to have air put back into it…. House will just end back on the market and hopefully into a rental property. All what it’s good for.
*response to your response*- Congrats on pointing out dates. How about my last email on 3/14 asking for updates that never heard back on. You know the ones that you claim everything is satisfactory on? With the paint, just pointing out that it’s ridiculous that it’s not your responsibility when you’re fixing your own warranty problems. But hey you do you. From blocks buried in the yard when sod was put down, one window not framed correctly on the inside (They fixed, with about ten pounds of wall mud. Wish I was joking), a windowsill installed at an angle in which on 3/4 you tried to decline the claim at first, then finally you guys came out to fix. Front door still isn’t right. And my all time favorite is that I still have the blue tape marks that YOUR guy put on during the walk through, over a year ago now on the back windows. I’ll remove it now. Don’t worry, I’ll get a professional here to make the necessary finishes/repairs.
Thanks! -
I had a very specific question about my home and customer service department answered my issue quickly! Geart Job!

This past fall we purchased a Christopher Allen Home. This was by the far the best experience we have ever had! Allison Schlake was there every step of the way answering questions, helping to coordinate the necessary people and paperwork . Allie was always quick to respond to our calls and emails . She always responded promptly and with the answers we were searching for!

I've been working with Christopher Alan Homes (CAH) since 2018, and I can confidently say that they take great pride in the homes they build. Carlos G has always been incredibly responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help my clients, especially when they need a little extra attention or are looking to get into a home quickly. His dedication is so impressive that they promoted him, and now I work closely with Karelia, who has been an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. She’s been especially fantastic in assisting many of my first-time homebuyers. It's a great company with top-notch people and an outstanding product.

Christopher Alan Homes is truly an outstanding builder and an excellent company to purchase your dream home from. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are unmatched.

As much as I would like to give CAH 5 stars I am unable to. CAH builds a very good home, but they lack follow up with their customers. We found a beautiful home in Charlotte county, did the walk through with Neil 2 weeks before our closing date, had about 10 items on the list to be repaired, mostly cosmetic. Around ten days later we asked for the final walk through two days before closing to confirm all check list items were completed, that walk through was denied. We were assured all was done, so we closed, picked up the keys and went to our new home. Imagine the shock that greeted us upon entering our brand new home, nothing had been done the check list. Let me give you a quick idea of the problems. Smoke alarms were going off, house was not cleaned, dirt and construction dust on everything, windows covered with dirt, dust and mud, tile/grout stained throughout the home do to sloppy work and missing paint on the walls. I couldn’t imagine buying something brand new (car, boat, clothes and so on) and having it delivered to us in such poor condition. CAH did show up after a few calls and cleaned, painted and got the house in better shape for delivery. Everything but the tile/grout were finished that day. The tile/grout has been an issue going on since closing now eleven months. We were told by CAH that because we took delivery, the issue was a home warranty issue, we have filed three complaints to the warranty company and they say it’s an issue for the builder. Please Christopher Allen Homes it’s not just about building a house, it’s about your customers too. Please contact me and we’ll show or send to you the numerous emails rejecting our request for service.

Love it cant wait for our new house to be completed. Deff. Best house/builder for the money. Many of the things in these models are upgrades and more money feom the other builders. Cant wait to move in ours and make it out home.

Christopher Alan homes can have a very nice product, but in my experience you will have multiple warranty issues because of poor quality/ installation. My house is under a year old and has had about 5 different warranty issues within that first year.
The latest one was my roof, which will not be covered because of “acts of god” but in reality the shingles were incorrectly installed.
So I’m quite disappointed because I understand nothing is ever perfect but this is just shameful. -
Great company to work with. The best team I work with in a long time. Big thanks to Karelia, Mario and the construction manager Pablo for their great job to make everything works as we expected. All happens in a smooth way and buyers where super happy to buy a Christopher Alan property.

We are beyond thrilled with our new home in Port Charlotte built by Christopher Allen Homes! From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that truly exceeded our expectations. The design process was seamless, and they worked closely with us to ensure every detail reflected our vision. Ryan, Mario, Michelle, Elisabeth and the rest of their team we’re great. The results speak for themselves—our home is everything we dreamed of and more! Christopher Allen Homes not only built us a house but created a place we’re proud to call home. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and talented builder!

A great buying experience with Christopher Alan Homes. We were 1000 miles away. Allison responded promptly and helpfully throughout the entire buying process. We felt she was an advocate for us as buyers. Crystal is providing great service in addressing minor items after our move in. We are thankful for their ongoing support as we are settling into our new home.
