Eddie came earlier than scheduled which was great for me. Asked exactly what I wanted done and for any problems we were experiencing. Since we were looking for a new company for service work anyway he explained in detail about living up to a 5 star rating and what they do to maintain that rating. We had just finished a fairly major remodel to our condo unit so dirt and dust became a big problem. He cleaned everything thoroughly, did his routine maintenance and then we talked about a maintenance program moving forward. Eddie was a great guy with 20 plus years in the hvac business and was a pleasure to visit with. Highly recommend 5 Star Air.

5 Star Air has been a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and willing to work on a variety HVAC systems. Friendly and very helpful! I work in property management and I have never worked with a trades team that has done such a good job with communicating expectations. Kudos!

I called our ac service provider who does our maintenance because our ac wasn't cooling. They came out and said we need a new compressor, which was $2900. He recommended we get a whole new system for $5900. He didn't bother to check if the unit was still under warranty. I called a second company who didn't come out but said they would check to see if it was under warranty still. He said that it wasn't but he had a used compressor he can put in for $600.
Finally I called 5 star and Edwin checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. And it was! I made an appointment, which Edwin arrived promptly. He checked the compressor and the compressor was good. There was a part that went bad. Needless to say he fixed the problem immediately and I had cold ac once again. That goes to show you that there are a lot of companies out there trying to get more money in an unethical manner. Edwin and 5 star were very professional and ethical. I will continue to use 5 star for all my air conditioning needs. Thanks for getting my ac fixed.

Following Hurricane Ian (9/22), just finding an AC repair service for my Sanibel home was difficult. I was put on many wait lists. 5 Star Air answered the phone, sent a tech to inspect things within days, talked me through my options and made the repairs in a timely fashion. I like the text and email appointment confirmations and notices that the tech is on the way (with a photo). The techs took the time to answer all my questions. Quality and timely work, great customer service. Highly recommended. They live up to their name - 5 stars.

I called Chris with an emergency at one of my Air BNB’s while guest were occupying it. He immediately responded and sent a technician out swiftly. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and honest. Working with 5 star was an extraordinarily smooth experience! I highly recommend.

Nick was incredible. Not only did he do a great job installing our new AC unit, he fixed the cabinet the air handler was in too. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We’ll definitely keep using them for maintenance.

Stephen came out and first thing introduced himself. Which is a big bonus for me instead of just showing up and asking where the problem was. So for me very personable from the start. The services he took care of was done in a great timely manner. The price was excellent! I will recommend 5 Star air to anyone that needs it! Definitely calling again when I need service!

Our A/C went out at home. With my wife recovering from a liver transplant she, health wise, cannot be in the heat. When I called 5star they immediately sent Matt out to our home and he had it fixed within minutes. We highly recommend them. Their customer service and care is exceptional!

5 Star Air deserves it's name & more! We can't say enough about the awesome service 5-Star and tech manager Matthew Armstrong provided. Here's our story: Our home a/c was shot & needed to be replaced. A property manager recommended another a/c company which said they couldn't get a unit and get it installed for 2 weeks. In the meantime that company charged our existing unit with coolant twice but those charges only gave use relief from the heat for 2 days then 1 day. Frustrated, we did a little research on our own and called 5 Star on a Friday at noon. Matt was at our house within an hour, had the right unit in stock available and agreed to personally install it for us the next morning - on a Saturday! The Saturday morning install went perfect and by 1:00 pm we were in sitting in cool comfort thanks to 5 Star and Matt Armstrong! From the person who answered our call at noon on a Friday, through the text message alerts to let us know they were on the way, to the exceptional job by Matt and his team ... 5 Star earned every one of their 5 stars! If you have HVAC needs in the Cape Coral & Ft Myers area, give 5 Star a call - in our experience they are professional, honest, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

An incredible first experience with 5 Star Air! From the moment I called in for service, I was impressed - we received emails/texts with consistent updates and even a picture/bio of the technician that was dispatched ahead of time. The technician, Edwin, was prompt, knowledgeable, and able to efficiently diagnose and resolve our problem. He shared pictures and clearly explained his findings which gave us great confidence in the work performed. The details matter and 5 Star Air clearly has the customer experience figured out. I've switched our maintenance to them on the go-forward.

Highly recommend! I called in the morning and was scheduled for service for same day in early afternoon. The tech texted when en route and arrived on time. He fixed the issue quickly and explained a few things about the unit. Great professional customer service!!

Appreciated that he was able to fix my current unit and didn’t push me into purchasing a new one. Seems like most company’s send out sales reps rather than techs anymore. Just got home from New York to find our ac unit is leaking water everywhere. Called 5 Star Air and they had someone out here in 30 mins and repaired our ac unit in no time. Edwin was very professional and knowledgeable and helped explain to us what was going on and set us up with a yearly maintenance program which was also a very affordable price. 5 Star Air will have my business for a long time and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their AC fixed. It was a great experience for the time I met nick till the end. Nick came to my house to give me an estimate showed up on time and was very informative. Told me things I needed to do to install. My AC went out this past summer and I tried calling multiple companies to repair it, only to receive responses that it would be 2-3 days before anybody could come out to do the work. Having a properly working air conditioning unit is essential, but especially so with small children at home during the summer in Florida. I called 5 Star Air and they came out the very next morning to fix the issue. I appreciate the professionalism of both the customer service representative as well as the technician that performed the work. I would highly recommend 5 Star Air to everyone!

Outstanding! Our Air went out over night. We called first thing this morning and they were here within a few hours (actually arrived before the estimated time). Joel was very professional, answered all our questions and fixed our problem quickly. Don't look any further for someone to Service your Air Conditioner. 5-Star Air is the best!

I’m really impressed. After days of trying to get somebody to come and check out my A/C unit, I called 5 Star & they were here within an hour. The service technician, Jesse, diagnosed the problem & offered several solutions. He was very courteous & knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Our ac compressor broke and we initially hired another company for the job. Day after day for a week they kept telling us they couldn’t locate a compressor so we had to keep waiting. We saw a commercial for 5 Star Air so gave them a call. They located a compressor within 20 minutes, went to pick it up and had it installed within a matter of hours! Joel was our technician who helped us and he’s great! Very understanding, very courteous and got the job done quickly. After a week of no ac we couldn’t be more thankful for this company coming in and helping us. Oh and they actually brought lollipops for our kids just like the commercial shows lol. Don’t bother calling other companies! These guys are honest and worth every penny.

My AC has been in shambles for months. I was getting estimate after estimate to get everything done, duct work, new unit….. the whole enchilada if you will. And being told crazy high numbers.

Not only did 5 star air beat all the competition in price, but they beat all the competition in lead time. How does that even happen you ask? Good people in a well run business machine. We had an absolutely amazing experience using 5 Star Air! From a landlord perspective there is nothing more stressful or urgent than hearing our tenants a/c was not working in the Florida summer heat. After calling a few local companies, we made the best decision to call 5 Star Air. They were absolutely the most professional company we spoke to and were able to have our tenants a/c here and installed by the next day! Unheard of in today's world of parts back log and shipping delays. The best part - they were by far the best price and the service was impeccable! Not only was I impressed and continually updated but so was my tenant. They even offered to install a free standing floor unit to keep her cool while the parts arrived! Call 5 Start Air, you will not be disappointed!!! We are life long customers!
