I have used Always Honest Air for the past 2 years at my home and business. The techs are clean, polite and efficient. Dealing with the scheduling and billing team is simple and easy. Never had an issue, they are always a pleasure to speak to. They perform semi annual service on both my units and truly live up to the Always Honest name when it comes to diagnosing issues and giving fair quotes. They have replaced a unit along with correcting duct work from a previous installer. My experience was a breeze and refreshing, much like the air in my home.

We called and a technician was scheduled the same day. He got the system cooling right away but unfortunately it stopped again after about an hour after he left. We called back and the tech returned in about 30 minutes. He had to replace some parts. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and educated us on things we could do to help our aging system last longer. Sutter was great. We are so glad we called this company.
