Our A/C contractor was David. He was very professional and honest about what we needed based on what we told him was going on and past information about our unit. Best Home Services provides so much home care for your A/C , plumbing, and electrical if needed. They are a one-time stop shop for your main items, which is GREAT! We have dealt with other A/C contractors and, every year, have had problems. In one year, I will repost about how they have been or work that has been done and how it has been. For now, though, good job!Update:
So David was only there to sell us an AC unit, inside and outside ones. We purchased this about going on 2 years, but ever since then, we have had continuous issues with our AC. We had an issue with our plenum, and they came out and fixed it, but that wasn't about 3 weeks ago or so, and once again, it's hot inside my house. I don't understand how someone could have so many issues like we do. We are paying so much for this system, and it's constantly causing us problems. I spoke to one of the managers this last time due to the issue we had, and he said he would have someone out the very next day, but I had to call 3 times during that week because no one was coming to fix my ac. Finally, a week and a half later, they did, but only because I pressed the matter. I thought since they do many things that they would be great to have, but this has been a nightmare. It's so frustrating!
We don't want to be in the house when it's 80°. They also left the opening to the attic messed up more than the last time they did. I took pictures. I took more pics but don't need to share all. -

Steve Roper replaced my water heater and did a fantastic job, it was very professional, neat and he was so courteous and explained everything in detail what he was going to perform.
The price was reasonable and I put his card on my fridge for future needs. -
