My service technician, Ivan, was fantastic. I would give him a 10 star rating if it were possible. He noticed the drain lines were getting a little plugged and he took care of that. Plus all the filters, cleaning, etc. A fantastic service and I will request him next time.

3 year old unit under warranty and conditioned air is here trying to fix issues with it at least once a month. One time 2 guys were here for 6 hours! Recent call basically accused us of having them come when nothing was wrong…yes we like our air not working in Florida and constantly having to call and have strangers come to our house and charge us money! We try everything to trouble shoot the unit and have the upkeep package. We will be switching companies! Avoid this company at all costs.

We originally had a maintenance appointment set for 9/2 but on 8/28 we found that our a/c wasn’t performing properly so I called to see if they could fit us in on 8/29. The temperature in our place got up to 86. They were nice enough to send a technician out and now we are slowly getting back to normal. Our Technician was fantastic and a professional.
