I had a scheduled AC service. Dan came and did a wonderful job, clean, he cleaned the unit checked for proper water removal. He also checked the Freon level
I normally had Eferion come but Dan took his place as Efferon was out. Please send either Efferon or Dan.Thanks

Worst company I have ever seen. They installed a damaged furnace in my newly built home. My builder had to buy the damaged part for them to fix and they never came to fix it . They told the builder they were here and put the part on. The bilder came back out to take pics of the damaged unfixed furnance to send them. I had a 10 am to noon appt today for tgem to come and they never showed up. I was told by phone lady she cannot get ahold of driver and she is not sure why he is not answering the phone. Then she comes back to the phone to ask me if I was home. She said gps shows he was in my driveway at 10:20am. I guess they are like comcast and dont feel the need to get out of a truck and knock on a door.
I work from home and my dog would of barked. Plus my daughter was in at the table doing homework. So I wait another week for them to come out. I hope they decide to get out of the car and knock on the door. I dont understand how they can install a new furnance in a new home that is mangled.
