First experience with Grande Aire. From first call speaking to Jeannine, she was very helpful. Able to get same day service. Service tech Mario was very professional, explained everything to us. Did a great job.

I bought a new AC unit including a 5 yr Maint. Contract of what I thought was an outstanding company that had good svc and was a reliable business.
They were out to the over the last 30-45 day for both service & Maint issues. It was my understanding all was well and system in good shape. There were some issues that needed attention per the tech person and those were paid for.
Today I had an svc issue and they came out, however after the tech person started his system check he discovered a complete back up of both water bio material which was to have been addressed during the svc / Maint appointment. The tech person said the system was completely blocked and the last svc person did not clean the system properly. Therefore, we owed for today’s visit which included a complete system cleaning. This is not the way a reliable company does business as far as I’m concerned. Addition payment is disputed. New owners are not customer friendly, I’m not happy. -

Coastal Cooling has been our AC company for over a decade. Their service is wonderful. They always respond to our AC needs very quickly. Today, we had a superb technician named Darrien visit our house. He was courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions.
