The A/C stopped working and we called our building manager who called J & D to come out ASAP. The tech -Mario Diaz- arrived just before 5pm. He knew what caused the problem within
1 minute! He did a through job of inspecting the unit made necessary adjustments and serviced the coils. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice to maintain our A/C unit.
We highly recommend J & D Heating and AC.

Our sales experience with Kevin was great! We spent over $9,000.00 Dec 2017 only to have them here more than a dozen times since for a clogged drain…mind you we shop vac the line monthly, have a svc contract for them to come twice a year for a clean and check and change our filters regularly! Wayne has been amazing each time he comes and we even had Aaron here a week ago, but I think there is an issue they are missing and I'm tired of calling and having to have them come for the SAME issue! They add a pea trap, remove it, say the lines aren’t laying right, even told me it’s because we have a cat and the litter box is to close to the A/C return! I feel that something wasn't done properly or they didnt replace something they should have when the A/C was done in December 2017 .

The technical team is good and has done a thorough job each time they visited. But whomever they have answering incoming calls and scheduling is argumentative and rude. Every time we call in to renew our contract or schedule a visit or repair its like picking a fight. We like the technical competence of the company but at some point we will switch as its just not worth the painful interaction each time. What ever happened to customer service???
