Eloy Hernandez came to my home to perform a 6 month maintenance to the 3 a/c units I have. He found an issue with one of the units. He showed me the problem and explained it to me. We then scheduled another appointment for the next day. He fixed the problem In a timely manner, and left everything clean. He is very professional. Modern Services have always been personable and professional. Thank you.

Shaheed is stellar!! He showed up on time, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable; he obviously loves his work. Shaheed is a long term associate of Modern Services: he knows more about A/C than anyone we’ve ever encountered for A/C repair in 30 yrs. We signed up for the routine inspection program and will arrange duct cleaning in the near future. Our issue today was a blocked drainage pipe that was promptly fixed. Shaheed was meticulous and took great care with every aspect of the service. He took extra time to educate us about our A/C system as we just moved to this new residence. Will request him again! 👸👍

Shaheed Timmons did a careful and complete service for us following up a system installation some months ago. He explained the steps he took to insure our AC was working at its highest efficiency. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I just had the six month maintenance on my AC unit and this time it was done by Eloy Hernandez. He was punctual, knowledgeable and took the time to explain different things to me. In all the years I’ve been dealing with Modern I have to say I’ve not had one service person come to my home that wasn’t pleasant and courteous. Eloy is a wonderful representative for Modern Services. Eloy gets full marks from me.

Modern mechanical services is great. The hurricanes did some damage to my rooftop compressor and Eloy came and checked everything out really quickly. He got everything up and running and we are now in great shape.

Phenomenal service from start to finish! The scheduling process is smooth and easy with text and email notifications when the tech is on the way. Bo, my technician, provided 5-star service across every category. He surveyed the unit and recommended no replacement necessary at this time. Earlier that day, another company told me the opposite. Another polite and professional service call from Modern Air this morning. Our tech, Wade Sanchez, was obviously very knowledgable and took the the time to explain what he'd done. He was well-mannered and thorough. My wife and I highly recommend Wade and Modern Air.

Frank was very thorough installing the Apco Air and UV system. He also explained how it works and when we will need to call for service. We are happy with everything.
