Had routine maintenance done today. Wade Sanchez was the tech and he was excellent. I owned an HVAC business in NY and would have been proud to have him on our team. He was honest, informative and personable. His recommendations were spot on and did not try and force the issue. I would gladly recommend this company and Wade to anyone in need of service.

Mr. Molina did an outstanding job servicing my AC for its regular 6 month checkup. He cleaned everything, installed a mold-stopper for the drain, measured in/out air temperatures and showed pictures of all work completed. I highly recommend Modern Services!

Frank is a good tech. He explained everything as he worked. He answered my questions, and explained options I might have to consider in the future with my unit. No pressure and my dog fell in love with him.

Steeve Charles from Modern Mechanical Services did a great job of cleaning the air conditioning ducts in my home. He and his associate arrived promptly, worked thoroughly and efficiently, and didn’t leave any mess behind them when they were done. Having clean ducts is important to me because of my allergies, so I really appreciated the quality service they provided.

Brian Gosselin from Modern Mechanical Services did an excellent job of providing routine maintenance on my A/C system. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, explained what he was doing and took photos of his work to send me, and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and professional, and did not leave any mess behind when finished. While here he found a valve leak problem that could have caused serious pressure issues and a big expense in the future. He showed me the area of concern and quickly fixed the problem. I have been very satisfied so far with all of the techs from this company who have serviced my A/C, and I am certainly very satisfied after Brian’s visit today.

Duane was great!!! He took the time to explain any issues there might be with our air handler before he diagnosed the issue. He was extremely diligent with what he did to properly identify what the issue was. Thanks for a great experience with the entire process.

From the owner, to the customer service reps, and the installer, this company is excellent. Communication in a stressful time (during Hurricane) was straightforward and easy. They gave me multiple good options for my consideration and we're so fast to get the job done. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor. Thank you!

Our technician Frank, got right to work upon arrival. This was a service call just to keep our a.c.running smoothly and efficiently with no known problems. He kept us informed to what he was doing as he progressed. Cleaned all the necessary parts and flushed the drain, which really needed it. Added some freon as needed and cleaned the coils. This all took a little over an hour but we felt quite good about the service and left the a.c running at its most efficient level.
We were quite pleased all around.

We had an issue where the air compressor was not working. Frank from Modern Services came out and quickly identified the issue and repaired it. Frank is very professional to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Modern Services and Frank!!

Our service technician, Doug, did a great job yesterday when he came to service our AC unit. He was professional, courteous, caring and very attentive to our inquiries. He explained the process and the readings he was getting from the unit. I will be asking the company to put his name in our profile so we can request him for our next service appointment. Doug was also very friendly and pleasant. He definitely has a very good sense of values which is great to see.

We recently had a service call with Eloy with Modern Services. Eloy was very courteous, professional, thorough and answered all questions I had. I would not hesitate having Eloy work on my system and will continue to use Modern Services.

Gary did a great job replacing & installing my A/C. Gary and those helping him work fast and efficient. Before leaving, Gary made sure the new system was running correctly. He also took the time to explain the new thermostat to me as well. Thankful for the great job he & the Modern Services team did.

Had a service call with Yunier Molina from Modern Services and he was fantastic! Worked quickly, made a small adjustment to resolve our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up when he was finished. Very pleased with our service!
Had another service call with Shaheed Timmons and another job well done! He's knowledgeable and courteous. They know what they're doing and how to get things done.

Frank is an excellent and very professional technician. He inspected my AC in an excellent manner. He explained everything to me in detail regarding my machine. I 100% recommend his service.

The technician was on time and he was very knowledgeable. Told me about some add on for the machine, but when I told him I could not do it he said it was okay and just continued doing his work. Did not Push for the other purchases. And he cleaned everything out.

Darbis arrived in a timely fashion and got right down to business. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the immediate problem. I have a bigger issue that needs to be addressed, and that will be scheduled. I’ve used this company for almost 10 years and recommend them without hesitation.

Wade was awesome. He went above and beyond when he was fixing my HVAC system. His professionalism was top notch. He helped educate me how the Lennox system works as well as the air intake. Definitely a five star excellency for Wade!!!
