! Our technician,, was exceptional. He patiently answered all my questions, provided helpful maintenance tips, and thoroughly inspected everything from ducts to pressure lines. His expertise and friendly demeanor truly stood out.

Since moving into our condo in a new city 6 years ago, we’ve been through many AC companies that just… weren’t thorough, or spend more time trying to upsell than doing the maintenance - which is unbelievably important in Florida because, at least for me, the air conditioner runs all year round. I’d be lucky to have 10 days out of the whole year when I can shut it off. And I never use the heat.

A recommendation from my boss, who’s been with Service Experts for over 10 years, led us here. She praised their skilled, professional technicians who explain things clearly without pushing unnecessary products. Their commitment to integrity and excellent service is evident. Despite being nationwide (and Canada) company, they operate with a local feel— because they take pride in their work. That’s like the small businesses I grew up around back home in Scranton, PA. Everybody had their own business and they all took pride in their work. I miss those days

I typically prefer small businesses, but this company feels personal. The local manager and techs care deeply about quality, not just profit. Their service surpasses anything I’ve encountered. Luxury-level quality I’m thoroughly impressed and eager to recommend them to everyone I know.

I was initially hesitant about committing to a service contract, the word contract sounds so permanent I never liked words like that , to me it means stuck - something you can’t get out of

You can cancel anytime without penalties. ! The contract aspect is a favor to us - to lock us into a price point - which means no surprise charges or price hikes. 🙌 you’re not signing anything so contract really isn’t the right word here…

The pricing is surprisingly reasonable!!!! Especially for this level of service!
And considering Florida’s climate, having bi-annual (or even tri-annual) servicing is a must. They even send detailed service reports to your email.

He truly is a professional. He knows what he’s doing. That’s for sure. He’s skilled. He’s not a novice. But I know every technician that comes out will be a professional, so I have nothing to worry about.

The customer service when scheduling is another point I must mention. EXCELLENT! These days, customer service goes a long way because it’s something that’s fleeting. Every time I had to reschedule, it has been nothing but a pleasant and professional experience.

Michael Miller was great today. He went above and beyond to get our system running and making sure it keeps running. We appreciate how hard he works and how much he cares about people.

Mark and Mike were honest, knowledgeable and professional. Even though I wasn’t expecting a new AC unit, they were able to provide same day installation! I signed up for their Advantage program, so I am covered 24/7 for future maintenance and any repairs. Would recommend this company to others.

Andrew D did a great job with our annual service! He was very polite and professional. Service was completely quickly and efficiently. Additional service recommendations were made, but Andrew did not make me feel pressured. Great experience!

Brandon and Mark were great to work with. They completed my Maintenance+ service today. They are very friendly, polite and efficient. David and Jason came right on out the same day we called. Within moments Jason told me what he saw as the problem. It didn’t take them long to service and clean our air conditioner, stopping the leaking we noticed.

Marvel, our service expert technician was excellent!
We were having problems with our hvac that shut off during one of the hottest days in August. Marvel was able to get us up and running in no time. Turns out our condensing line was badly plugged with algae and that shut down the whole system. Marvel took the time to explain to us the problem and what to look out for in the future. In the future, we will be asking for Marvel for our next service maintenance appointment!

Ronnie and Jimmy. These guys are great. No pressure and got what we think is a great deal on a top of the line unit. Very knowledgeable and personable. We ended up talking for a while after the new contract was signed. We would recommend them to anyone looking for A.C. help

David was a delight! Very informative and professional, explained the importance of indoor air quality and how it would help with my with my daughter's allergies. Highly recommend Ultra Violet Sterilization to everyone!

Jimmy Mathurin has been here all day doing the most amazing job on my air conditioner. It needed so much work and he has been here from 930 until 530 today working so hard. I trust him 100%. He’s an amazing professional. He’s kind he’s caring. He’s everything you would want in a son or anything else. He’s just wonderful and he really does it. Superb job. He’s an expert at what he does. Service experts is very, very blessed to have him working for them and I’m very blessed to have him working for me and to have him as what I feel as a friend.
Diane customer service specialist is so warm and caring and has helped me so much. I’ve been with Service Experts for years and Diane is wonderful out looking out for you and making sure things are the way you want them to be. She has an amazing personality and I just love her so here we have two wonderful people working for Service experts and they are once again so blessed to have these two working for them. They’re great examples of of people that really really care about the customer and is looking out for the customer and is representing their company in the most professional way possible so I love them both.
