Omar L. was exceptional. His service call was quick and effecient. He diagnosed the issue I was having and had me back up and running in just a few minutes. He stayed for a few minutes to insure the repair was good and even gave me some ideas on how I could prevent a future reccurance of that same issue. He was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgable. Good job, happy customer.

Strada diagnosed and repaired our air conditioner professionally and promptly. Every staff member we encountered from the weekend operator to Omar, our technician were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend their service happily to anyone that asks.

The service technician arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing as well as made some recommendation on what we can do to keep our system running without any issues. One of best experiences that we have had with a service calls in many years!

Armando is wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our AC issue immediately. He took the time to explain what was wrong and everything he was doing to fix it. I highly recommend Strada Services! Thank you Armando for working to get our AC back up and running on one of the hottest days we've had in Florida!

I had an air conditioning unit that failed on a Sunday so I called first thing Monday morning. They got me down for that afternoon and then half an hour later called back with a morning slot time. The tech was prompt and diagnosed the problem right away. Luckily she had the part for our model and had us back up and cooling before noon! Great service, we were very pleased. Definitely use Strada again.

Updated May 2025 - We had an issue with the AC it wasn’t working at all and we called Strada to come fix it. Omar again was assigned to do the service - he quickly diagnosed the issue (drainage pipe clogged and activated the kill switch) and resolved the issue to restore our service. Omar also provided insight into ways to minimize this happening again. Extremely happy with his work.

Our serviceman Omar was prompt, professional, and provided great service. He also gave us tips on filter maintenance that we will use going forward.

My AC went out and they sent Kenny to fix it. Great guy, got everything working right again. Thermostat and freon, drain cleaned , awesome job. I highly recommend this company.

Omar changed this from a 1 to 5. No one showed up between 8am and 1pm….the scheduled time. I called the main number (2x) 2pm. The first time after 10minutes on hold, the call disconnected. I was told there was no appointment scheduled but they’d check. Second call was no help…not on schedule, would you like to schedule an appointment? About 30 minutes late, the manager in service called to say I am scheduled but they’d check tech is running very late. About 4:30pm, Omar arrives……does a great job, he’s extremely polite and has a super personality. Fortunately, he made up for Strada’s phone reps who were clueless and gave me 100% wrong information

Called in morning and tech was on- site in afternoon. Good service . Solved my issue. Tech was friendly and explained everything.

Richard was prompt and professional and did a good job for us and found the problem, and got things resolved.

Both visits from their team were seamless! Very helpful! Only down side is they do not have 24 hrs emergency service. Otherwise highly recommend!!

Service tech Omar was nothing less than awesome! On time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and the advantages it would have for my equipment. Very happy with the cleaning service. Omar is a very proud professional. Loves his job and he enjoys working for Strada. I highly recommend Omar and Strada!

My AC went out. Strada sent Rich P. out. He communicated well about arrival his time and was here as scheduled. He found and fixed the problem and was very professional. I am so glad to have a cool house again. Thank you Rich!! Great job!

Deb went above and beyond in not only taking care of the AC, but notified my builder about structural, and maintenance issues to better my home. God bless her!

Casey came out and inspected our situation with our AC platform,
Including the entire electrical and refrigerant system on how it’s fed to the platform and what options would be available to remediate the issue by relocating the units to a location on the house that would be meet current code and be permitted. I was very impressed with both the technical knowledge and the terrific customer service skills that Casey brings to problem-solving! Based on that experience, I would want Strada to be the company that would help resolve our issues after hurricane Milton. I’m very thankful for the creative solutions that have been presented for our family home.

Technician who came was Douger. Was very professional, courteous and personable. Explained things to me and offered a few suggestions to keep my AC system going.

We had the most amazing tech Daniel come out and fix our ac. He was here for a few hours trouble shooting our issue found the problem ordered the part and it was fixed! Highly recommend them.
