Wes came out to service the AC unit for a neighbor of mine whose condo I was watching. It was Christmas Eve about 1pm when it became apparent that the AC unit was not working properly. Wes diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and he had the necessary parts on his truck to get the AC running smoothly again. Wes took a great deal of time answering my questions and insured I was observing the gauges before and after service to insure freon levels and cooling were all in order. Wes is a real pro and a very service oriented person.

Your service technician, Mario, came yesterday afternoon to do the second PM call for our air conditioning unit under our maintenance agreement. Mario has been here previously and as usual did an outstanding job of checking out the a/c unit and air handler. When he gave us an "A OK" on the condition of the system, we now know that we are set to go for the remainder of our hot and humid summer. In addition to being a great technician, Mario is a very pleasant and courteous gentleman. 5 Stars for Mario.

John Kelly from Parish Florida, a supervisor for repairs, , he drove 2 hours down yesterday to fix my a/c, the motor died , after it being broke 3 days, he was very nice, professional, quick. He is a great employee and i wanted Unique to know, i was very impressed and got it fixed before Thanks giving.

Richie was our tech. Will recommend him to everyone! Great service, great price. You can tell Richie is well versed and knowledgeable and found issues that are last AC company overlooked.

Paul called and arrived on time. We reviewed the jobs he was to perform and he immediately went to work. He replaced a toilet, replaced a shower control, and
re-aligned a shower head. He cleaned up the work sites, completed the paperwork, and left in about two hours. He was neat in his appearance and was professional and friendly in his demeanor. As in past jobs for me Paul's work was excellent as was his attitude.

I have been a customer of ARS (now Unique Services) for many years. My service technician, Mr. Wayne Hawkes is absolutely OUTSTANDING! Very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, kind and caring! He works on our AC unit as if it were his own - it doesn't get better than that. Everyone at ARS has always been outstanding with their service and product. I recommend them without reservation. BEST company around!

Mario called and let me know when to expect him. He arrived early afternoon, cleaned the air conditioner, answered my questions about temperature settings, changed the battery in the thermostat for me, and gave me some helpful advice for caring for the unit before my summer departure. He was very courteous and polite, and I appreciate his professionalism.

Wes does a great job on my AC every time he comes out to service it. I always feel like he's doing everything he can to make sure my AC works well for as long as possible. He answers all of my questions and works diligently to find a solution to any problems I may be having with my system. I will definitely ask for him again.

Mario got here late afternoon. We had a leak in our AC system that was difficult to find. Mario was clever in isolating the leak and repaired it very quickly once he found it. Checked it thoroughly to make sure it was fixed. Refilled our system and our AC was back in business. I thought did a fantastic job for us and we appreciated that he worked late to get us running again. High integrity, high skill,and high quality work.

Mario Diaz & Wayne Hawkes worked on the installation of my 5 ton air conditioning unit. They were both professional & very proud of their company. Pleased with the product & operation of the new unit.

Originally Mario responded to my service call & was instrumental in my choosing ARS. He was knowledgeable & I felt trustworthy.

Paul S. was very professional, friendly and quick. He knew exactly how to handle our broken pressure valve. The pricing is a little steep, but included a 1-year warranty. I definitely would recommend his services.

Wayne was our service tech for both a yearly maintenance as well as, a problem we were noticing with the AC itself. I found Wayne H to be both courteous as well as very professional. He completed his job sufficiently and with a smile. He also seemed to know his equipment through knowledge and experience. That type of service tech I welcome to my home anytime. We had a new A/C unit installed last week,they arranged for it to be installed within 24 hours. David was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Ray our technician did a fantastic job! Both of these men are a great representation of your company. Thank you!

Our AC unit had stopped cooling our house so it was time to bite the bullet and get someone in to repair it. We did not remember what company we used in the past so having seen my neighbor use Unique Air, I set up a time for the evening. Upon arrival, our service man Vinny set out to repair the problem. He found the problem right away showing he had expirence and knew his way around an AC unit. It turned out to be a burnt celluloid to which he replaced. I relayed the age of the unit which he was able to confirm but surprisingly did not try to sell us a new unit like so many other companies have done in the past. Vinny made suggestions on what Brands and power ratings we should be looking for plus he explained what the different ratings mean. He did not act like a car mechanic by throwing out terms that most people won't understand. I made an appointment to talk with a sales person about getting a new unit not because they were there but because Vinny was such a standup guy. I will deffenetly request they send out Vinny as well have have my friends request his presence for all their AC service needs.

Chris came out for a A.C. tune up and we were very impressed. He took his time explaining everything about our A.C.unit, addressed some issues we’ve been having, and really took his time teaching us everything about our unit and layout. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very pleasant. Chris checked every box, and then some.

Our ARS service was 5 stars. Chris P came to our home and was very polite, explained everything he was doing and was professional. We asked him many questions about services other than the service call, he had detailed information in various price points, service levels AND was able to complete all the work on the same service call. I recommend ARS and our technician Chris P for your needs.

Wes is an outstanding technician! I would recommend him to anyone. He has been my service tech for more than 12 years. He's always punctual, polite and professional. More importantly, he always gets things right and lets you know how everything is operating! He's a great guy too!

I came out of Home Depot this morning and was asked by a young lady working for Unique if I would like to have my HVAC checked and serviced for $9.99. Since we had just bought the house and did not fully know the condition of our unit, I agreed. An appointment was made for the afternoon of the same day and Eddie from Unique arrived on-time, knowledgable, and very personable. There was no attempt to try to sell me something I did not need and by doing so Unique has just gained a new customer.

We have used Wes from ARS for many years at several homes. We were delighted when he was selected to do our AC service this time at our new home. He is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to do the service, as well as inform us about the new AC system. We were very satisfied.

Had ARS drop by for a scheduled maintenance service. Mario D. was our service technician, whom we have had service our AC system previously. He is the best technician, cream of the crop. Intelligent, very knowledgeable about what he does, whether it be a general maintenance service, or an emergency situation. We have experienced both in the past. Mario also has a pleasant personality, explains what he is going to do, what he needs to do, what he feels we should do, etc, with respect to our AC/Heat system, air handler, condenser, and more. He would be my first choice as technician for any issue or non-issue I ever have with my system.

One other note re Chuck Winters, the brains of the ARS crews. Has the most thorough knowledge and know-how of any technician I have ever dealt with. In my mind, there is only one service company I would consider turning to when it comes to the AC/Heat system, ...ARS and Chuck Winters. And personal service technician, Mario D., hands down. This company, Unique, is not the least expensive nor the most expensive. I wish the price could have been less than it was. But, a special finance plan was offered to make the payments more affordable & a special discount promotion was applied to the price.
We were very please with this company, from the first diagnostic technician to the completion of the installation. Unique’s technician, Warren, examined our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable & totally explained why we were having issues with our 17 yr old system. He suggested that a customer service representative should come to our house to discuss the options that would solve our issue. About 90 minutes later, Chris C, the service representative came to our house. He was extremely personable & informative about all the different options we had & what system would be the best one for the size of our house. He never pushed us into purchasing something that we didn’t need or if he honestly felt certain devices weren’t necessary. Since our system was old, we decided to have a new unit installed. The installers Luis & Lester were wonderful. They were very careful not to damage any cabinets or walls. They did run into a problem with the heating element in the unit & immediately order a larger one that would heat our house adequately & work more efficiently. They came back the next day & installed the new heating unit. It worked great! They were very clean & swept all the debris that was left after the installation was completed. They hauled away our old unit & large boxes that the unit came in. They checked the system very carefully to make sure it was working very well before they left. The whole process worked very smoothly, efficiently & we are very happy with our quiet new Carrier HVAC system. Thanks again Unique & all the people who made this such a positive experience, Warren, Christopher, Luis & Lester. All very nice people!
