We used this company and they agreed to provide a service. After agreeing to said service via contract, their franchisee flat out told us they would not provide the services as agreed to. When we tried to cancel our contact, we are told there is a buy-out fee. Is this a joke? Also, the contract automatically renewed for a year - I did not agree to this. This business attempts to trap customers into service and then provides lousy service once you get there.

I've had the pleasure of working with Sam over the last 9 years and I'm so grateful for how well she serves our account. She is proactive in her work and quickly resolves any issues that arise. She follows through and circles back with updates when necessary. She's an asset and a complete joy to work with!

Received a call on 11/12/2024 from their off shore telemarketing company reading off a script and providing misleading information. Any legitimate company would have their phone number listed. SCAM!

All in One Commercial Cleaning did an outstanding job on cleaning are Facilities recently. They pressure washed our exterior walls and deck. Carpet cleaned our gift shop floors and cleaned all the windows. Their cleaning crew were hard working professional guys that did an outstanding job.

The were prompt in coming to our office to give us an accurate and fair quote. They did a fantastic job at getting out tough stains in our carpets that probably had never been cleaned before. I would definitely have All in One Cleaning come back for any future carpet cleanings for our office!

Very conscientious. The team are friendly and care about the quality of their work. The proposal for the weekly cleaning schedule was very detailed and they offer additional services for deep cleaning (carpets and tiles etc) as well as minor repair work like re-grouting. Particularly impressed with Rob and Desire.
