Adam was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He focused on the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. We will use Cypress again for our plumbing needs in the future.

First plumber struggled putting in a single hole faucet, soap dispenser and attaching the basket to a new sink which was already installed. I went to the hardware store to get a part which still didn't fit correctly. Finally, it was late, so he said they would have to come back. Two days later a different plumber arrived. He took apart EVERYTHING the first plumber did and within less than an hour had everything hooked up. $492 invoice. Very bad judgment on the part of the first plumber. I emailed the company that I was disappointed with how this was handled and never heard a word. I can not recommend them.

Thanks to Rick Hall our leaking copper pipe was replaced completely and surely will gives us years of trouble-free service. This required extra effort and professional know how. He fully explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

Came to my house within 24 hours from the call. Chuck was polite and listen to me explaining the issue. He got it done faster than I thought. When he finished, he showed and explained what he did and why he did it that way. He also stay to make sure there were no more leaks. He cleaned up after he was done. I am very happy with Chuck and the work he did. I will use them again and will recommend them.

Laundry sink overflowing when washer would drain during the wash cycle. We were told by another group that work could be extensive to repair. Thomas came & resolved the problem without having to do extensive work. He’s honest& a good worker! Thank you!!

We have been customers of Cypress Plumbing for close to 20 years. We have always been pleased with its service and the friendliness and efficiency of the employees who have provided us with service over the years. Ted is the technician who has been providing service to us most recently. We have moved 3 times in last twenty years and Cypress Plumbing has always moved with us so to speak. Ted is great.

I have always had great service in the past with Cypress Plumbing. I recently had two bidet handicap toilets installed. The first time they did not bring the right height toilet. The plumber tried to tell me that I was wrong, I had to get a tape measure to show him. The first toilet seat falls on your back when you sit down. So they do replace it, with another seat that falls on your back. I was told by them it because the toilet was mounted too close to the wall, which they installed! The toilet in my guest bathroom is great. But almost 1000 dollars per toilet and the main one rests on your back. Not great.

Ted was great. Got us all fixed up in no time.

Cypress Plumbing takes care of us each year when we need a back flow assembly test certification. They contact us to remind us about the service each year and take care of everything in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Cypress Plumbing!

Cypress plumbing was wonderful and helped me solve an issue with my water heater. They were quick and affordable and saved me a lot of money. Cannot thank them enough!

My first experience with Cypress Plumbing will definitely not be my last. I initially contacted them regarding a cracked toilet tank. They set up an appointment to have it replaced within a week from my call. (Water to the toilet was shut off so it was not an emergency situation.) I also asked if their tech could check out my hot water heater that appeared to be leaking, which they agreed to take care of. Unfortunately, the very next day, the water heater gave out altogether. I immediately called Cypress and within one day they had Jackson not only take care of the water heater, but replaced the toilet as well.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service afforded me by those at Cypress. Jackson was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And the cost was very reasonable.

We are very happy with our new, efficient toilet upgrade that Rick selected and installed. He is courteous, careful, clean, and helpful.
