Great service. Our water heater went out and the receptionist was very polite and helpful in identifying the info needed on our water heater. Their plumber, Thomas Grasso arrived within a couple hours. They had quoted an arrival window and he was actually a half hour early. Much appreciated. Thomas explained everything clearly. No high pressure sales tactics and gave us a great deal on a new water heater. Thomas came out the next morning on time and installed the new heater quickly. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do I know who to call. Also appreciate their commitment to the Spartan theme.
