The entire process from the planning to the end result was positive. We were always aware of what was happening. The workers were efficient and always cleaned up well. The staff that we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. We would definitely recommend Crowther Roofing!

From the first initial visit to inspect the current field conditions and installed equipment by Wayne I was impressed with the knowledge and attentiveness to our needs. He followed up the same day with an estimate in writing, followed by a telephone conversation. We agreed on a price and the contract came via Doc-u-Sign which made it effortless. The day of installation they were not only on time but a few minutes early. The two installers, Andres and Jose, were friendly, clean and thorough. The installation was neat as well as they kept the work and staging areas clean. They worked as a team and were done quickly, almost exactly the 4 hours they estimated in the beginning. They left bothe work areas as clean if not cleaner than when they started. The took all the trash and the old equipment with them. Andres gave an orientation of what they did and how the new equipment functioned. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The installation was stellar and I look forward the service and maintenance being equally stellar. Not all air conditioning companies are the same and like the TV commercial says "There is only ONE Crowther". I totally recommend them for all your Air conditioning needs.

Jorge Cabrera is a real gem. I had an issue with the garage mini split and after doing some research, I decided to replace it due to its age and cost to repair vs. a new unit with a warranty. Jorge was so terrific in explaining everything to me and helping me decide which unit would best suit my needs. The new unit was installed today and the installers were great. They were very efficient and left everything tidy, and they didn't leave until I fully understand the operation of the unit's remote system. Everyone I have worked with at Crowther is so kind and helpful. I am very grateful to have found them for all of my roofing and AC needs in Florida.
